I wanted to download kazaa. I clicked on the download icon, the subscription page that came up, said I could get 2 years membership for 99p per month. I thought this was reasonable so I excepted, went through the procedure at the end of which I ended up on a page that said I had been charged ?23 but made no sense to me compared with what I had expected, it certainly was not kazaa. My computer then started installing something but then just stopped. I could not find what was attempting to install so I thought my request had simply been... read full review »

FavorWarehouse.com
September 29, 2006
On July 3, 2006, I placed an order with Favor Warehouse, Inc. via internet. Their advertisement claims to ship orders within 1-5 business days. By July 8, 2006 I still had not received conformation that the order had been shipped. I then called the company to check on the status and inform them that the items were needed for a July 13th shower. Finally, on July 13, 2006 the order was shipped. I did not receive the order until July 19, 2006. IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. I called their customer service to inform them that I received the wrong order... read full review »

At first I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering from SavingCity because the DVD's are manufactured in another country. I e-mailed Customer Service and was reassured and guaranteed that the DVD's are region free and would play on any DVD player. I purchased two DVD box gift sets for Christmas gifts. The day after Christmas I discovered that the DVD's do not play on any of my DVD players. I notified Saving City Customer Service and they indicated that I would get a full refund when the DVD's were returned. To my... read full review »

Calvary Portfolio
May 9, 2008
Calvary has been harassing me for months now. They repeatedly call me asking for someone else who I don't know and I know the two families who have lived at my residence prior to me. I've lived here 2 1/2 years. I get calls from a computer and am told I have to call an 800 number to be removed. When I call, I have been hung up and treated sarcastically as if they think I'm lying and am the person they are looking for. I have threatened harassment, asked for a supervisor's name, sent letters to no avail. Is there a... read full review »

this company said that you could register for free, then they charged our credit card for $149 without our permission. After a run around, customer service said they would look into it in 7 to 10 days. We reported them to the bank as a fraud. The bank will be investigating. This company is a SCAM. read full review »

They are the absolute worst - get more for your money by buying at Ikea - or a custom shop, less headaches and less aggravation. A total *** job, was sent broken cabinets glued an inch apart or not glued at all. Fell apart when I opened them, doors missing, hinges missing. What a mistake, a total disaster this company is. Don't listen to the design center at Home Depot - even they don't have a clue what they are doing. You'll see if you order them... take your chances, I loathe them and Home Depot. Laguna Beach Jeans
Cowboy April 16, 2010
My wife bought 5 pair of jeans and skirts from this website. All were ordered and marked size 26. No two fit the same. Some were quite loose. One particular pair were so tight as to be unwearable. I called and asked for an even exchange or return of just the one pair of jeans in this $800+ order. Summer, who answered the phone, explained that I could only receive store credit and only at 75% of the price I paid. This is highway robbery when you consider they sell jeans that almost certainly will not be the size ordered. Avoid my... read full review »

Watch out for AT and T scam sales people. I was told that my bill would be $107 for one year for phone, high speed internet, and 200 cable channels plus HD including the Tennis Channel. Also told I would get a $250 free Visa after installation plus Starz for three months. After a five hour installation, I found out that just get an HD stream and that it was $20.00 extra a month to actually see the programs in HD. Bill Cox Furniture
BPayne09 April 16, 2011
My husband and I bought new furniture from Bill Cox in January. One week after getting it home the couch cushions started to sink. After mulitple phone calls (with them yanking us back and forth) complaining about the furniture nothing has been done 2 months later! They refuse to replace the couch or give us a refund. Instead they want to redo the entire couch! The "manager" was beyond rude and they don't seem to care about getting repeat customers or keeping their current customers happy! I will never buy from them again and I make sure to tell everybody about my horrible experience! read full review »

I have used them once too and am still quite unsure. The logo itself seemed fine but they took quite a while to refine it. Even when I approved it I had to wait a couple of days to get the finished artwork. This was quite a nuisance as I told them beforehand we had a deadline to have it and get it to printers, screenprinters etc for an event… most frustrating when it was impossible to contact anyone, no answer on the phone and hard to catch someone on LiveChat. I've had problems changing the "My Account" information for some time now. I had suggested that they add an option of being able to add 150 minutes only. I had these poeple out to give us an estimate. Before they would come they insisted that both me and the wife needed to be there. I was about 15 minutes late and the salesman just went off on my wife. This was the first bad sign. I got there and he spent two hours trying to convince me to spend $5000 on a cheap plastic wall covering for my shower. I dont think the stuff is worth a few hundred dollars. Low Book Sales
November 22, 2008
Classic Bait-and-Switch, and by a well-known dealership! Low Book Sales lists cars on the largest community classifieds website, kslcars.com, for very low prices, and then changes the price on the buyer after they're already interested. It is clearly an unethical attempt to lure customers into buying a more expensive vehicle. Its purpose is to get customers to come in to the dealership by FALSELY advertising the vehicle at a "special low price", then after they're interested and ready to spend their money, tell them it... read full review »
