I bought 2 Club House level ICC world cup tickets for the match between Bangladesh and Ireland on February 25, 2011, at Dhaka, Bangladesh. Unbelievably, I discovered that my Wachovia bank account was being charged $19.95 per month by Best Benefits. I immediately went into the bank and stopped the charges, and had them call the 800 number to find out what was going on. I bought a pair of alexandrite earrings. When they were looked at by a certifiied gemologist, the stones were of two diffent grades and the quality was very low. I paid $760 for the pair and they were worth around $300. When I went back to Kay's Jewelers in the Northeast Mall (Hurst, Texas), I was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. Eastern Refinishing refinished my tub area in April. In doing so, they failed to remove the shower fixtures - meaning that the area behind the handles were not refinished. In July, I replaced the fixture and noticed the problem. When I called Eastern Refinishing, and suggested that they send a technician to correct the issue, the contact became indignant and hung up the phone. My dad was going out of town and needed cash for the trip. I tried to check if I can get a loan to help with my dad for the trip. I was shocked to see a withdrawal on my account. I called my bank to see if they can reverse this, they asked me to call the customer service number of the company that did this and so I did. My number with Vodafone is +91-9820003107. I have been using this service for a year now, but the network issue at my residence does not seem to be getting resolved. I had raised a complaint in july for the issue, and was promised resolution in 120 days. I noticed the same charges of $87 + change and $2.98 from Kmassist on my bank statement today. Neither I nor my bank recognizes this company. I immediately cancelled my card and am in the process of filing fraud charges regarding this company. TOLD me the scope would be mounted on the gun and when I received the gun it was not mounted. Contacted them before I purchased the gun, they sent me an email stating that the scope would be mounted and when I called them back 3 times (to reach the correct person) because it was not mounted, they acted like it was of no concern to them. They did not offer to have the scope mounted and did not offer for me to return the gun to have the scope mounted.
