we bought a 06 mini van from this dealership, and per texas law, we had 72 hours to reconsider our purchase of the vehicle, we chose instead to purchase an 08 from another dealer, at a savings of $4, 600. when we attemped to return the 06 at Clear Lake Dodge, we were treated to about 2 hours of delay, threats, and out right lying. when i called the finance company. Has anyone ever gone the the BGH and waited 8 hours to be seen? How about waited A hour just to tell the front desk why your there? Ride Safely sells vehicles by auction on line and claims you are buying directly from the insurance auction. They refuse to disclose the Vehicle Identification Number or who or what you are bidding against or even verify the mileage. They also tell you they cannot get you a damage report so at least you know what you are dealing with.
