This is a hoax! They steal your money! We ordered a controller the first week of January 2010 and today is February 25, 2010 and we have no controller. They state the first one must of got lost in the mail. They then give us a fake tracking number on the so-called second controller. I had a balance of more than US$ 7 to note one fine day that Skype has blocked my account for no reason known. I have sent emails to their [email protected] and as well as their web based ticket system. No response after 24 hours. Please not not pay at skype or make calls one day you would also find your Skype calling PC-Phone account blocked. Check their site. I received 4 phone calls in a row, at 11:30pm, from (229) 389-5848. They woke me up out of a dead sleep. The first two times I didn't answer the phone. Vocalocity was not as good as my sales representative played it out to be. When I did my research I was quite confident I made the right move but I was very wrong. The support does not care and they have no problem with users canceling. I have my own business and would do anything to keep my customers. This is not what I noticed with Vocalocity. There was a mix up as to whom to send payment schedule to which resulted in the bill falling behind which made all the payments be late, thereby creating a bill that started at $500 to now be over $800. I could not make any on time payments, because i did not know how much they were or when they were, due because they contacted the wrong person and by the time i found out the bill was already backed up. So it is getting larger instead of smaller because of late fees and over the limit fees something has to be done. I received a letter stating I owed $81.99 for a bill from 1997 from AT&T broadband. They were willing to settle for $41.00. Imagine my surprise! All of our bills have always been under my husbands name. I did some research and found this site. I am glad I did. I wrote CBCS a letter telling them this was fraud at my expense, and would not tolerate it. I told them to cease and desist their criminal harassment, and if they did not I would contact the Attorney General. I sent the letter today by certified mail, so we will see what happens. The power cut in Vaishali Specially for Sector 1 is causing a lot of problem. A normal cut in a day is 10-12 hours. When u need it for water the electricity has gone. I do not understand who prepare the cut schedule from morning 6 AM to 8 AM and Night 12 PM to 2 AM. This is the injustice with people who are residing in Vaishali Area. This place sold a used car, a dodge Neon that was promised to be safe and reliable. It was $600 down and $65 per week. We Flew (my son Felipe Villegas Acosta) in from ATL to SJO via Ft Lauderdale. My flight # 231 departed from ATL to Ft Lauderdale late, therefore we lost the 338 flight into SJO. We had to wait around 10 hours for the next flight into San Jose, Costa Rica (#336).
