We had a three year contract with Moneris Solutions to process our MasterCard and Visa payments. One of the medical associations that we belong to offered us a better rate to perform the same service. On July 10, 2006 we ordered a replacement receiver due to issues with the original. We were told we could install it ourselves, but elected to pay the fee to have it done by a professional technician. The earliest date for installation was 8 days later. This company runs the classic moving scam - they quoted us $750 for a one-bedroom move from Vancouver to Toronto. The front end customer service was great. Things quickly go downhill once they have your stuff, however. I own a landscaping company in Dallas Area. I maintenance Exxon accounts through Level 1 Maintenance. They called me out to fix a sprinkler head and turn the water off. I get out there, and it is a busted pipe. I gave them a price on fixing it. They did not like my price, so they had someone else fix it; but they refuse to pay a service fee for me coming out and getting the water turned off by the city, and finding out where the water was coming from.
