I was enrolled in the LPN to RN program via The College Network (another group of crooks). This college charges all kinds of fees that go up on a regular basis. Loreal puts false claims (accompanied with pictures of models) on their products! My hair turned really really black! It also has uneven tone - the roots are much lighter (although I don't have roots, since I don't have gray hair yet!) The ends are REALLY REALLY DARK BLACK !! instead of light brown!! I am writing to warn people not to buy the Magic Bullet. I bought 4 of them for Christmas presents the year before (2004). Just this past Christmas (2005)the cheap plastic wheel broke. The blades inside my mixer would not spin. I called the company and asked for a replacement of the wheel and was told this was not available, BUT I could buy a replacement bottom for $39.99. I sent an email to Bayport Cellular on 05 October 2009 lodging a complaint about their FAKE Handset (AG BOMBSHELL). I invested a total of $596.00 and recieved a bunch of emails & printed emails in the mail, when I sent the $408.00 dollars for the 5 laptops they sent me an email saying that my order was being processed, and then I got another email saying that they cancelled my order & that I would recieve a refund . Ordered a Samsung LN-T5271F 1080p 120HZ online from Projector Export for $1998 which included $249 for fast shipping. "Jack" called me the next morning and said that Samsung doesn't honor the warranty on that TV anymore. He said for $150 more suggested the Samsung LN-T52A550. I asked if it was 120HZ he said yes. That made the cost $2048. A week later, I still didn't have the TV and then I found out that the 550 series is NOT 120HZ but is only 60HZ and that Samsung DOES indeed honor all warranties. My issue with Voyager arose when i needed to pay airport tax for a flight which i had acquired through their award point system. They asked me to pay by credit card to which i replied that i do not have one. The consultant then advised me to go to the airport to pay there, I was informed that this option would cost R200 extra. This company guranteed a qualified appointment for my financial services firm. The list of prspects they were calling were not even close to qualified and they failed to get me an appointment. The prospects that they said requested "callbacks" would not even take my calls. I paid $675 for this service. They said they would send me my refund. After a week, I had to call again to find out where it was. They said the rebate department was backed up and would do it that day. they credited $225 of the $675 I paid.
