My father purchased a phone from Phones4U for my Christmas present December 2006. The phone started turning itself off and refusing to charge at the beginning of December 2007. On 6/7/10 I ordered a replacement thermostat for my Charbroil electric Patio Grill. I used it about 3 times and last night it just stopped. I called customer service and was told that when I ordered the thermostat I had to also order a replacement heating element or it would short the thermostat out--which it did. I have a serious complaint on the two salesmen from Vortech Vacuums. On July 19, 2007, a vacuum salesman came to our door about 7:30pm. I was in the bedroom not feeling well. My 92 year old mother ordered a FlavorWave oven from Thane after seeing their infomercial. She received the oven but did not receive the $59.85 Flavor Wave Chef's Kit that she ordered with it. Do not buy this machine! I paid good money for this machine and with in the year we have nothing but problems. First of all it "walks" all over the place. But we fixed that by putting a 1 in thick rubber mat underneath the machine. It also doesn't spin all of the way so I have to keep resetting it on to "extended spin". I think they are the pits. There is no way to contact them except through the email address, and they never acknowledge or answer them. They tell you if you purchase and pay for your order with an Amazon gift card your purchase will be shipped sooner.
