I was placing an order then afterwards on the same call needed to cancel due to some of the terms and was placed in a Que for over 50 minutes with no answer. I called then on another line and was placed in another Que after talking with a customer service representative and ten being told the wait time 50 minutes again. Put in a complaint against a doctor, all negative marks and a detailed summary. Went to submit and the complaint is gone. I am guessing that like most complaint services anything negative is quickly trashed. So I redid the complaint and the exact same thing happened. Emailed vitals and they would not respond. I purchased a duet washer at Lowes on 9/05. I have followed all manufacturer's instructions for the care of my washer. I have a septic tank odor coming from the water that washes my clothes for 1 month. Have followed Whirlpools recommendation to resolve the issue but did not help. In October 2007 I purchased a 2 year cell phone contract with T-Mobile from a Simply Wireless stand at Landmark Mall Alexandria. However, the voice mail set-up did not work. I suffered a loss on 5/07/07. I called Infinity Insurance Company on that day and filed a claim. The agent told me that an adjuster will contact me within 48 hours. After Wednesday, 5/09/07 I called back and still no contact. I also called my insurance company, Mercury, and let them know and still no contact from the adjuster. I brought my car on 3/07/09 for a FORD factory recall to be done. When I gave my car to them everything was in working order. I got my car back that afternoon and after returning home from running errands I noticed I had no brake or turn signal lights. Yearly Contract Fee was paid 6/08 in the amount of $178.82. Service call was requested 10/08 at my request. A neighbor let the technician in and was provided with a check made out to Comfort Control, the amount for the service call, if any, needed to be filled in. The technician requested payment of $178.82 and the check was issued. Comfort Control has admitted that this fee should not have been collected since the contract was in effect. Through his staff, the manager, Loius has promised refund of the overcharge of $178.82.
