This story now is 3 months and running. I paid my Sprint Bill in July and August directly from my bank and Sprint couldn't find my payments. This company/ law office told me that the Bank that handles our account would be issueing a electtronic check to us for the $1500. that they have "in Trust." The person who I talked to stated that it would take at least 3 business days to send the funds. It has now been 8 days. The child thought he was downloading a "free" ringtone, but instead their system automatically setup an account for him charging $9.99 a month. The child was never able to download the file.
