I regret to say I have been sending this complaint to Westhost, so far, 3 times, from 26/11/2010, 11/1/2011, and 21/01/2011. I have started with the live chat option to technical support and followed it up with a support ticket. My son bought a car from Faraz auto sales and traded in his Mazda. the dealership put on new plates without asking him if he wanted new plates. The dealership did not take off the old plates of his trade in car and sold it to Landmark leasing without taking off the plates. We discovered this because we received a 407 bill yesterday for 81 dollars. I am sure there will be more on it for July.The leasing company is using the car with my son's old license plates and my son would be responsible for anything that happened . So placed an order online for a new subscription of National Geographic magazines back in August of 2010 for $15. First issue was suppose to arrive in the first week of October 2010. After asking many times, via email, where the hell my subscriptions were, they cancelled me. So I reorder, they say they are going to send me the pending issues, October and November, and send me a bill for $12.50. Here we are November, and still no magazines. I recently ordered a piece of jewelry which was sent to me via UPS. The package arrived on time. When I opened it, all the paperwork was in there, but there wasn't any jewelry. An inspection of the package revealed that the postage had been ripped off of the original package and taped onto the package I received. Every time I have walked into an Urban Outfitters I have walked into zones of construction. Recently I went into one location and had to leave immediately due to the amount of saw dust that was in the air! There are no hazard signs or work signs despite the drills, nails, and bits of wood everywhere during normal store hours! I bought a puppy in 08 from Arctic shores. When I picked her up from the airport she had horrible scars on her face, like something attacked her. when I called the breeder, Deborah Creamer she said the hair would grow in. Which is probably why she never sent me a picture of pup after asking at least 15 times. My puppy still has the scars! Salesman from this company will waste an hour of your time, will ask you to fill research form etc. only for purpose to convince you to become a member and pay members fee. I found my research form in the garbage after the salesman left my office. They don't need your opinion - they need only your money. The system will bid you up and then appear to have some issues and then will say the auction has ended even though you are still trying to bid. I would like newspaper archive to credit back to my account 71.88 because even though a total year amount is 71.88, i was still only expected to be debited 5.99 a month every month for a total of a year. I have purchased some movies from this company via their website in February (for $50). Despite my numerous claims and emails and re-assurance the products will be delivered they had never arrived. The company claimed this was UPS issue, but when I tried to track my parcel using the consignment tracking number, I realized UPS has never received any goods. I asked for the refund which I was again re-assured to receive (in June). Now it's end of August, and I haven't received any goods. Nor have I received my money back. In 2004, I got estimates from several pool companies for an in-ground pool. Decided to use Blue Haven. Signed a contract and they arrived in May to start the job. Signed an additional excavation contract and gave them a check for several thousand dollars. The starting digging and 8 hours later, and after a 20x16x4-6' hole in my yard, they said they needed more money to remove the dirt from the yard. Despite offering an "instant top up" service I didn't receive a code so topped up elsewhere out of necessity. Only when I emailed them after five days to ask for a refund did they send me a code. When I emailed them to tell them that I no longer needed the code which is why I'd asked for a refund they then told me they didn't give refunds once they had sent codes out. You couldn't make it up. Speedway is unfair to their employees. They tell you one day that your doing a great job, and the next they day tell you your fired! When they get a new manager at a particular store, the new manager is told by the District Manager to terminate all the employees that worked for the former manager. Even if they do nothing wrong. This complaint concerns a commercial install performed for a non-profit organization. After almost six months, we still don't have a fully-functioning system and are out nearly $8,000. I ordered a product from Allegro, never got emailed shipping information, their website showed none available; then after calling 3 weeks later they said it was delivered 2 weeks prior and they then emailed UPS tracking showing that. However, I never saw it, didn't know to watch for it and it's strange because I and my neighbors get packages all they time without problems.
