I had Imperial Movers moved our stuff from apartment into our townhouse. We wrapped everything ourselves to save money. Anthony Smith (co-owner of Imperial Movers) charged for $600 for the service. I am building a new home in Lanett Alabama, we have ordered our appliances from Sears in Columbus Ga. The appliances, all of them were ordered on April 3rd 2009. We attended a 3 day seminar for Peak Potentials and signed up for the seminar "Never Work Again" in June 2009. The seminar was in December 2009. I rented a single scooter for 4 hrs at Sunshine rentals in Key West. Owner asked me to sighn a contract and live deposit 300 doll, which I did. As I understood contract company might keep my deposit only in case of phisical damage to scooter. I contacted this company for various projects in my apartment. The alleged owner, Christopher Purnell came to my apt. and explained his business model. In short, he charges for his estimates. As he explaines it "it seperates the wheat from the chaff" as far as serious customers are concerned. I should have known then this guy was trouble. Among other oversights, they somehow forgot to pull two new electric lines (which we had contracted and paid for) into our kitchen before the walls were sealed back up and painted during a renovation. This required additional demo after we had already moved in and had the place cleaned. It was only discovered during an electrical inspection, and could have easily been missed altogether. I question whether these guys even used primer on my house. After 1 year, I have cracked and peeling paint. About 85% of the paint on my wood railing peeled off. The scope of work included scraping/sanding any loose paint, priming and 2 coats of paint. Their contract includes a 4 year guarantee. I ordered a lamp from my projector from this site. They sent me the wrong part, then argued that it would fit if I turned it a certain way and/or removed the lamp housing. What makes it so surprising is that it is coming directly from the owner of a business who is supposedly here to help people (alternative health care and products). Officetronics sent an HP L7680 that was refurbished and not new as they had advertised. What was very suspicious is that the letter "R" was removed at the end of the model number by some type of chemical of some sort. The "R" shows that its refurbished and after further inspection noticed the refurbished stickers were removed from Officetronics.
