I am real ly frustrated with Virgin Mobile Canada. They do not provide online billing or any monthly statement and they always over charge on prepaid service. When asked for statements for verification they take more than 2 months to send. Even the statement s do not show the why the excess money was taken out. I tried to talk to the Manager and they don't give the details of higher Managers . They take more than 2 weeks to reply to emails and the reply does not even resolve the problem. I asked for my money back because I lost my job and they said that it is over the 30 days, but I have seen on TV and the internet tehm advertising that I could take up to year to be satisfied and if not they would give me my money back plus another $39.99 back. I saw that I was billed $89.99 and they said I couldn't give it back, I haven't even opened it yet, and that they would charge me four more times that amount. They were so rude on the phone to boot. Beware of ordering MaCaffe virus protection online. You get iyogi tech support. I paid 39.99 for the virus program and ended up having to call a number +877-213-6770 Well that gut was a jerk and used the same lines on me that I have read in the other complaints. Ecspecially the "not to worry" when I asked him what the heck was going on. All I wanted to do was purchase the virus protection and download it or get the disc. We signed with the Comsumer Law Associates to have two credit card bill negotiated on by this firm for payoff. The fee was $345.oo which we sent in. All additional payments would be due the 26th of each month which would be like a "savings acount" which would be used as negotiating tool for payoff of the credit card bills. It was suppose to be free but said it would cost me $12.95 a year for three years and I agreed to this and then it said I would be billed $70.80 on my credit card but didn't give me an option to decline. I checked in three suitcases into BA 182 yesterday the 13th of June on a flight from JFK via London Heathrow to Lagos Nigeria. Purchased a card in September 2007 specifically for use in New Zealand. Despite trying many pay phones there was not one where it would work for calls within New Zealand. A recording would come on that said the number was invalid but in each case when I went to a tourist center or begged help from someone else the number worked fine. This company is selling defective mattresses. I went through 3 Sealy mattress, two of which were determined by Sealy and US Mattress to be defective. All 3 beds were different models but all felt the same. I spent almost $1000 for a mattress that feels like cheap foam. I would say it's Sealy but my previous mattress was a Sealy and two friends just bought a Sealy from another company and the beds were very good quality.
