I started using Rocky Mountain (also Global client Solutions) as a dept consolidation compant over a year ago. They told me the more funds I had in my account the sooner creditors will be settled. What liars. I have already been sued by one creditor, which settled at 80%, only one other account was settled prior. I had made several large extra deposits, and the money is just sitting there! I have notified this company on 2 separate occassions that they are sending me collection notices on an account when I'm making payments to actual company that provided the service. This company collects additional money for service and repairs and leaves their customers hanging. Have had repeated phone problems on three different numbers over 5 year period. For the first three years calling monthly about noise on the line. Their refusal to keep lines open and lines updated is legend; their current response time of over a week before repair service arrives is obsurd. After booking a flight online they say they will contact you in 24 hours to confirm the ticket. I was not contacted and after 20 hours called them to confirm the ticket myself. I ordered 2 110 cc atv's for my children. Pink camo and yellow camo were the colors I ordered. They asked for alternate colors and I chose yellow and blue. They sold me an expensive warranty guaranteed to protect me and my furniture and to honor repairs for up to five years. WHen I called to report the repair, they sent me a 4 or 5 page application to fill out and got back to me 2 weeks later!! Then they said that too much time had passed since it was reported so they would not fix the piece. There are several online complaints that are just like mine. Continental Warranty - Hated the fact that I asked for a quote and got a black mark because I would not commit the very next day. My car now registered as not qualified for a new car warranty. High pressure and not at all accommodating. In july of 2006, I bought a 2006 Chevrolet impala, from Champion Chevrolet. I'm getting lots of paint chip on the hood, doors, and rust on the trunk area. When I brought it in, I was told the rust was covered on the warranty, but the chips are considered normal wear & tear. I've had around six new cars, and we usually keep them from 6 to 10 years.
