I have been a customer of hostmysite.com for five years. They have now been bought over by hosting.com. I have noticed that when you email the billing department, and even when you copy it to the support department, that you don't get a reply for weeks. This has happened on a serious issue twice. In July '06, we decided it was time to purchase a home instead of paying rent for someone else’s' house. We picked a home to accommodate our then 3 children. The J K Harris Company advertises that they will work with the IRS to negotiate and settle any outstanding back taxes someone owes . This company took $4500 from me and did nothing. Audio volume increases during commercials. You turn the volume to a comfortable setting while viewing the program. Whenever a commercial is broadcast, the volume is unbearable and you have to turn the volume down. Less than 15 days late on a car payment and I receive calls daily harassing me for money. According to the people who phone, this is HMFC's policy as it is computer-driven. You actually start getting calls 6 days overdue. By 15 days we were getting up to about 12 per day. I started using Rocky Mountain (also Global client Solutions) as a dept consolidation compant over a year ago. They told me the more funds I had in my account the sooner creditors will be settled. After booking a flight online they say they will contact you in 24 hours to confirm the ticket. I was not contacted and after 20 hours called them to confirm the ticket myself.
