i ordered (and paid for) a washable electrostatic air filter from VacuVent (based in Palm Bay, FL) back on August 28, 2009. i was told that it should arrive in about 2 weeks. 2 months later and out $150, i still had no filter. when i called thier 800 number i was told that the company was severely backlogged and was waiting to receive the necessary materials to make more filters. but they would "put my name on the top of the list" to get a filter. 2 & 1/2 weeks later, still no filter. meanwhile, during all of this time... read full review »

I have taken a Home Loan from HDFC Home Loan service in India last year. Mark Lobin is not trustworthy. I had a business with him and he bailed out since he could not close any deals. He left me with all the bills and the lease which my family had to pay for. For well over a year, I have been receiving phonecalls to my home number asking for a Ms. Barbara Winters. I have repeatedly told the callers that no such person exists at this number, since it has been my family residence phone number for well over 10 years. Kaufman, Englett, and Lynd runs a tremendous amount of advertising that clearly states that if a client contacts KEL, they will speak with an attorney. I contacted them with that expectation. On my initial call, I stated that I would like to speak with an attorney for a consultation. I was charged 49.95 US by this company through ClickBank (Jan 31, 11 order number 7NSMBG8E) and would like to see this money refunded. They never sent my order and they cashed my check. They will send you a form to fill out and a letter saying they will get back to you within 3 weeks of getting back the form that you our required to fill out. I purchased a Linksys wireless router to accompany the XO laptop that I bought for my parents for Christmas (the laptop is great). They currently have an old desktop PC that does not have any Ethernet ports, and must therefore connect to the DSL modem via a USB cable. DnB has the worst system. They only collect information from people who feel like reporting and information is not verified. Anybody can call dun and bradstreet and provide any info they like. As a business owner, they will call and update their records and I can tell them our sales are 50 million a year, with 10 locations and over 1000 employees. This company is nothing but a FRAUD. I paid $475 for a list, the section that I need had roughly 400, 000 contacts. Citibank offered me a mastercard with a $5000.00 limit. I began a kitchen remodel and spent $2000.00 on appliances. A week later i received a letter stating that my credit limit has been cut to $1, 200.00, and they stated charging me $39. over the limit fees. They stole 35.95 from my bank account without my authorization. I tried to contact the company via email. Well they make you select from a drop down menu so all you get in return is an automated response. I then tried calling the number at the bottom of their website and was on hold for over an hour. This highly dishonest site claims to ship only authentic shoes displayed on their site. However the shoes I received were not authentic, but instead were a completely different pair that I did not even order. I took my car into monro for an oil change and by the time I drove home (5 minutes) I had no brake fluid in my car. I took it back in to have it looked at and they refused to take responsibility for the damage.
