I thought I was on the shop-rite web site. The site said click here for a $250 shop-rite gift card. I clicked on it then found myself taking a survey. I entered my phone number onto the site and a sales rep called me. He asked me a bunch of questions such as, "do you want an on line degree, do you need car insurance, etc". I saw were this was going and I told him I don't want nothing and don't send me anything. Now I get a bunch of unwanted E-Mails everyday which I have to delete and unsubscribe. This company is a scam marketer. They are billing me for non fulfillment of a "contract" that I supposedly entered into with them. First of all, I have never entered into any sort of agreement with Black Expressions. I am not interested in black books. I am not even black. Callwave increase my rate from $17 per year to $12.95/month without my authorization. They said they sent me two emails that I did not get. I only get 1 or 2 faxes a month, and they put me on the highest plan (they have a $9.95/month plan). They will not refund any of the unauthorized charges. The new 25 day billing period is deceptive and not customer friendly...just another way to scam more $ in late fees. Fee is $29.00 fee for late payment. If you are on a budget and accustomed to paying multiple bills every month on a set schedule you may want to consider paying off and getting rid of your Kohl's credit card to avoid late payment fees due to Kohl's Credit Card new 25 day billing policy. I purchased a custom made $400.00 Larson door seven years ago from The Home Depot in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio. After seeing the TV ad, I was intrigued and decided that the Yoshiblade was worth a try. After all, at $19.99, the risk is very minimal, right? Wrong!!! After filling out the order, selecting a second set for free, and selecting the ceramic slicer for $9.99, I was presented with an invoice for $166.84. A call to the phone number listed connected me to a person who could not speak intelligible English. A second call resulted in my being told to call back in two days. I purchased a used car from Luxury Autos Of Queens as well as an extended warranty. I brought my car in to have a specific problem with the cooling system addressed while still under warranty. They claimed to have fixed the problem but I had brought it back over 6 times for the same problem.
