Purchased Whirlpool Duet dryer in August 2010. Its October and the motor is bad. This is a piece of crap dont buy a duet system. The only repair service Whirlpool uses is A&E appliance repair. They are owned by Sears and only schedule in blocks of 8-12 or 12 to 5. Had appt scheduled three times but technician couldnt make it. I received a book ordered from this company that was damaged (Covers and pages "Dog eared"). The package was not damaged, the only conclusion I can make is the company sent it damaged. The packing slip contained an e-mail address for the companies customer service department that I tried to contact. The internet reported back that no such address existed. This woman and her daughter do not know how to run a business or how to treat potential customers. Yesterday (8-13-2007) afternoon, I went to a Long John Silver restaurant and ordered a side of clams with my meal. I found a dead uncooked cricket at the bottom of the box of clams. I took it back to the restaurant and talked to the manager. The manager had the nerve and gall to try to offer me more food, to replace the bad food I had gotten. Has anyone else had Enbridge Gas making unauthorized debits from their bank accounts? I have never had an account with them, I have never given them any information - and in the past 4 months they have taken almost $2000 from my account. I have got it all back, but this past month I also had a cheque bounce because of it. I am now closing my account because neither the bank or Enbridge can figure out how this has happened.
