Desert hot springs, ca world gym has boxing to members as a free class. Recently in 7-08, via owner, tried to now charge $5.00 a head. Members complained, so now they will cut the class days down. I have recieved the same calls, they got my information from a payday loan place and they call harassing me every six months or so and the funny thing is they always change there name and phone number. There are (t00) many websites pimping this product. They are a scam and stealing money. Would not refund, even with returned products. The customer service people claim to be supervisors and actually tell you they do not care about anything, complaints, suing etc. Cost of doing business will be the lawsuits I hope they get. I purchase a protetion plan from AA Auto Protection in October 2009 on my 2002 Jaguar for $2, 500.00 and the sale person went over what all the things that were covered. I have an Oster Wine Fridge model #0W0912H6H that died after only a couple of months. After we contacted Oster, they assured me they would remedy the situation. Now they are saying that unit was made by a "licensee that has since gone bankrupt and even though the fridge says Oster on it, Oster is not responsible for refunding or remedying this faulty product."
