The owner Kevin Ford of Miva Man, a shopping cart developer for Miva company. After using this person I later found out he doesnt work for Miva, misrepresented himself. I then complained to Miva and the went after him. This Kevin Ford Miva Man the billed me for work I had not asked him to do. Gold Key refuses to acknowledge my timely cancellation letter for their time share. They showed us a luxury time share, even a Penthouse. After they pressured us for nearly five(5) hours, I signed a contract for a time share which they did not show us, but said looked like the one we saw. Totally the opposite! I was shopping in Fred Meyer in Richland WA a week ago and cannot believe the man employee named Kailer or something just used too many bad words and talking with his friends in the working time. Got a charge for $45 on my telephone bill from this ZPDI and Legacy LD that I had never heard of. Their story is that a 3rd party collect call was made and that since they had my name in their records that means they called my number to get approval for the collect call and that I answered and gave them my name as approval. I never approved any collect calls or even got a call requesting that I approve one. When I called them they basically said I was a liar and that they had no obligation to provide proof (i.e. recording of me accepting the charges).
