The Instaflex company took 74.98 from my account in January. Soon after I received the product I called the customer service no. and got a RMA no. to return the product . I took it to the post office and handed it to the postal worker and still did not receive the refund. They tell me they never received it. How did they get to me? I have called numerous times and they tell me to talk to a supervisor and put me on hold or promise to have someone contact me within 72 hrs. and I'm still waiting. Do not ever order from them ! I applied for a payday loan but read even the fine print to make sure there are no hidden agenda somewhere. But the check states authorization on file. This is fraud! My money is very valuable to me, so I take extra care with my information. One day I was surprised when a debit of $49.98 was posted in it. I was furious with who got my info because I know that I don’t easily give out my information. I called the company who did this and got a customer service rep who assisted me in the process of returning my money back to my account. This is the worst cable tv company. I called the customer service agents because my cable is not working and they said they would send someone the next day in a 5 hours window. Next day the 5 hours are over and no one has come yet. I call customer service again and they inform me that the appointment was not booked... and I waited for 5 hours for nothing!!! Yesterday evening I went to HPCL Petrol pump at Kormangala, near to Forum mall, Bangalore, Karnataka and asked for filling my pulsar 150cc bike ( tank full), it was a bit above reserve. Fuel capacity of Pulsar 150cc is 14 litres ( incl reserve). What shocked me is the guy at petrol pump filled my bike, but bill was Rs 914.47 totalling 17.30 litres of petrol !!! They have set up a system in such a way that the auto respond will tell you an email has been sent to your email address which never comes no matter how long you wait for it.
