Purchased home in July '08. Was told 76 gallons of propane in the tank was included in this sale. Suburban filled this tank in August, 2008, 33 gallons. I was billed for the 76 gallons in the tank in August. I was then billed for the 33 gallons in September. The August bill was for 76 gallons. I purchased a couch and chair in May of 2004. The salesperson pushed the warranty on us that would replace or repair "any damage" on the couch and chair. On May 27, 2006 I noticed cracking and peeling of the leather. Since Monday was Memorial Day, I had to wait to call about the warranty until Tuesday May 30. I was approached by a sales rep at a stand at the mall asking if I had a few minutes for a demonstration. They told me all about all their "wonderful products" and how great they were for your skin. I have purchased four systems from Adrenaline over the past year. They do an outstanding job and really seem to understand overclocking. Although I continue to shop around looking for the best price, I always use Adrenaline as a referance to judge the price vs. service and return. Worst customer service I have ever experience. From dealing with an incompetent service person to a very rude customer services manager. I do not think in today market, that one should have to wait 4-6 weeks to have something as simple as a washing machine repaired. Mr. Augustine sold us a 3+ year old corporation, which he was to acquire, and then he was to build a PayDex score of 80+ in our name and acquire ~$50K cash lines of corporate credit for the company. I applied for high speed dsl with A.T.&T. in May of 2008. They sent me the wrong modem. I called and they said to send it back but charged me for it and it ttok threemonths to get the charge off. I received the new, more expensive, modem and finally got the late charge penalties for the first modem reversed. About 6 months after I had replacement windows installed, I noticed the caulk across the bottom of the windows was turning brown. I called the owner to come out and look. Workers spent all their time resetting all the auto pre-set buttons on my radio, all six buttons were set to the same country station, and my seat memory buttons had been changed!
