I have a 2006 Chevy Uplander. The trim that runs down each side of the vehicle has (rusted/discolored) from one end to the other on both sides after only 2 years. The vehicle has 50, 000 miles due to the distance to my work. The dealership (Fox Chevrolet in Timonium Maryland) and GM refuse to fix it unless I pay $200.00 towards the cost because the warranty is up. We purchased (under high pressure sales tactics) this vacation club Membership on Thursday Feb 3, 2011. We were told that we could not get access until Tuesday Fb 8, 2011. Credit Solutions cost me a lot of money and years of damage to my credit. I believe they did nothing for the money they were paid. I was not even late on payments to creditors when signing on. Within 6 months a creditor took me to arbitration (which is unheard of). They could not get any return calls from Credit Solutions and neither could I. The damage will be thousands and thousands and will last for years. They are scam artists. If I was able to communicate with them, I would be so angry I couldn't even sleep. Never take your pet at Petsmart grooming. I took my cat there for a full grooming services and they didn't wash it. They brush it a little and cut his claws and charge me full price. I call the manager and and they said that there are sorry that i was not satisfied with their services... What services if they didn't wash him??? I have the worst customer service experience. I called them on September 18 at 12 noon and a recorded voice says your hold period may be more than 40 minutes. I decided to send them an e-mail, the auto reply says they are experiencing high volume of e-mails so expect a delay in reply. It shows they have real poor service. We purchased a vacation club product from Hyatt and are generally pleased with the resorts. One of the main reasons we chose Hyatt was the location of their properties. Last year, we fulfilled our dream of staying at the Highlands Inn in Carmel. We used 540 points for a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom. For one, I was misled regarding the monthly rent of the property and was not informed until appearing to sign the lease agreement that the rent would be $50 more than advertised. It is now 2-4-08 and we have not seen anything due to as they tell us our return and six others are stuck in there system and have not been processed to IRS nor by the bank. I fell for the scam like everyone else. I was offered a $1000 shopping spree and this trial internet things and diet pills, and today I just found out that $149.50 was taken from my account. I'm 23 and a College Student, and my rent is due in a couple weeks, and what little money i had in my account-United Services wiped it free. I never said that they could take $149 from my account, and I don't appreciate them doing that. Not only that, my bank has now charged me an overdraft charge. Inver Grove Ford and Ford corporate asked us to pay for work that was indentified and covered under our new car warrenty because our warrenty "had expired" by the time we were able to bring it back in for repairs. Installed Pergo Presto flooring a couple of years ago. A panel was recently damaged, I obtained a new box from Home Depot. After unlocking planks to get out to the damaged one, and opening the box of new ones, I find that the length, width, and locking grooves do not match the existing floor! Before you do anything CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS. Keep in mind that a lot of people try to resolve problems on their own and don't report to the BBB.
