Nu energy in confunction with Matera installed solar panels on our roof at the beginning of June. Within a week the invertor broke down. I am a regular shopper at the Safeway on the westside of Bend, Oregon. After shopping I often buy a cup of coffee from Starbucks and sit in the lounge area for awhile. Laptop Advantage is a useless company company. The laptop that we ordered wasnt the laptop that was sent to us. The lcd screen was burnt with an image. When we called back for a refund. I am simply disappointed. My washing machine has been yelling out F1, F1, F1 every five minutes. When I went online to find out what I could do to make it stop, I found pages and pages of customers complaining about the same problem. This company continues to raise prices. They will bill costomers without approval and once the raise is denied they refund the money to all the customers. This is not right, but however legal. Purchased outfit on friday afternoon, tried to return it on Tuesday afternoon because the store is closed on Sunday and Monday and was told by the owner that she does not take returns. No where in the store is there a sign stating that. The receipt states no return on evening wear and this shop according to owner is such, but never prior to me paying and getting a receipt did I know of the no return policy. Horrible customer service. Arrived to our vacation house that was without electricity. When we tried to contact their emergency line, they said they could not help me and hung up. We slept in our car. The next morning when I tried to get another house, the personnel refused and stated that I could have used the beds. After convincing them to change our home, the new house had only 1 working shower for 5 women. The company simply did not want to hear about my complaints. I tried to return an item that was packaged in a way that it had to be torn open and couldn't be repackaged. It was the workings of a clock that I needed to try and see if it would fit. It didn't. They wouldn't take it back because I had opened it. I had my receipt in hand. Since then I have contacted Michael's by email and all I get are form replies.
