Conexis is the most disorganized and unethical company I have ever worked with. Because my former employer contracted with Conexis to administer Cobra benefits I have had to go through hell for the last five months. Now they have said they did not receive my last premium payment which cancels our insurance benefits. I have tried to contact this company by email and phone number on mulitple occasions, with no response. Their phone number for customer service constantly says "you are caller number 1 in the que" and then goes to a voicemail about not being to help at this time and leave a message. Surveyhead confirmed all my individual survey payments. However, when I requested the cashout, I was shocked to see, that they have rejected my cashout. They had not notified me the same, and I found out when I manually checked my account. When I contacted them, they replied back after multiple reminders. According to them, something is wrong with my account and that they cant say what. After taking money from individual survey companies, they are not paying us. First it took FOREVER to contact Customer service regarding my order that was on hold. They do not answer emails. Then after I received the shoes 1 week later, they were not the ones my son wanted. Having tried one time, i felt terrible and waste of money. I bought 14 pieces of garment from them, only 5 of them were wearable, the rest were either ripped, having dirty stain or nonaligned. I will not use them again after my horrible experience. But when you have "Finance" in your name...profit is the game. People appear to be expendable. I warn you all to be very careful. I receive calls from one number that knows all that is going on with account and another number shows up that doesn't. One rep. tells you an amount to pay and another says something different.
