When the salesman of ADT came to me for signing a contract he did not tell me it was a 3 year contract. I thought I was only taking over the rest of the previous person's contract. I Booked particularly for Blue Colour and being an Authorised DIstributor of Bajaj they are not in a position to supply desired colour of mine and they wants me to take some other colour and also I was told by them that Bajaj,Puna is not supplying correctly though the PO and indent raised by KLN and JAY Auto correctly. Logged a call on the 18th of January to ahve my microwave repaired, 2 weeks later no response. Apparently they logged the job with the wrong branch so tha job was just cancelled. For the last month someone is going to 'call me back' but still nothing. About 7 months ago, I purchased a Blackberry Pearl from Verizon. Within a few months, the trackball failed. I brought the phone into Verizon Wireless and they could not repair the phone, so it was replaced at no charge with a free Blackberry Pearl.
