I purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider in July of 2007 and was told at that time that if I made all of my payments on time that Russ Darrow their co-company would guarantee me financing into a brand new vehicle. I had all my payments directly withdrawn never was late or missed a payment in over a year. I went back after my year was up and they told me that I could not trade in my vehicle until I paid off almost the full balance. I paid $11, 000 for vehicle that isn't worth half of that. Refinancing horrors. Our loan was purchased by Bayview and 2 weeks after they purchased the loan they sent papers saying we were delinquent on our 1st payment--the previous loan holder didn't apply our first 2 payments! That straightened out then Bayview changes the terms of our loan to an INTEREST ONLY loan and bumped our payment up to $5500... I placed an order online through FTD Flowers. The florist that they placed this order with delivered flowers that were in the process of dying. I purchased Furniture from Bassett Furniture the wood is already rotting away and half the wood is not even stained and if it is stained it's all different colors stains. Also there looks like they cliped out pieces of the wood on some of the furniture where it should be totally flat and smooth and there are indents of circles also in the wood that should not be there at all. I called Run Local Locksmith for unbolting the main door of the house. My husband had taken it with him by mistake on his week long trip. The other set was at his office whose key in turn was inside the house. I was quite amazed to find the locksmith ask me to prove that this is my house before he begins to open the locks. Beware buying from Thrify Car Sales of Clearwater, Florida. The vehicle we purchases was promised to be fixed of minor problems in a specified amount of time with no cost under dealer and automaker warranty. This company is so scandalous. They contact you to sign up, saying that if you can't contact the lead that they send, send it back no questions asked and you won't be charged for it. Hi I was charged for a full tank of gas (on a re-fill when returning the motor vehicle in Nice, France - National Car Rentals). We were unable to fill the tank up as the petrol station broke down - however we were able to full the tank 95% full. This is to report the pathetic experience I have had with Sunnyvale travels. A couple of weeks ago I needed to book a ticket to India. At the time of booking, I was advised to fly via Cathay Pacific as it was supposed to be cheaper and have the same level of experience as Singapore Airlines. We have been customers of Heritage Propane for over five years. We were on 'monthly fill' the entire time - this is where they come out and check it and fill as needed. Because of hard economic times, we requested that our service be put on 'Will Call' service. I asked Whirlpool for replacement part for my range/stove and was informed that it would cost me $484.00 plus $69 for special handling. This is blackmail and highway robbery combined. They gave me a clear message that they do not want to support spare part end of their business and now I have no choice but to buy from a non-American company that honors their obligation properly. And this is not the only such incident with our Whirlpool products. Previously we have had problems with their washers and dryers and received shoddy response from them. Prescription Solutions took advantage of the government policy of not allowed to return any prescription by charging any amount they would like. The consume has no choice but pay the bill. I have disputed the extra charge on the prescription, got a verbal agreement to readjust the charge and later got denied that there is no such agreement. I totally agree with the dissatisfied customers below. I placed an order in Nov. (@$99 with $5.95 shipping) and checked ship as complete. Four weeks went by and no order. This company is HORRIBLE! They secretly trick you into a $29.95 membership to some 'SmartSavingsCenter' club.
