I've just been going through the merchant dispute process with CitiCards. They now say I have no recourse since the retailer's return receipt for the merchandise arrived at my home one day after some Mastercard cutoff date. So I have lost the merchandise, yet still have to pay the original price. I have found that Citicards disputes are subcontracted to Credit Bureau Disputes, Inc. I believe they are covering for their own clerical delays, yet there doesn't seem to be any recourse beyond them. Catch 22 I guess. read full review »

This product is such a freaking waste. The bottoms would have fit my five year old and the top I got was way too big. I did send it back for a smaller size and when that came it was way too small. Well I drove as an owner operator for just over two years with England. I did make over 106.000 for each of the two years I busted my ass, however after everything gets deducted I was lucky to make 33, 000 but here's the kicker that is before taxes are paid. I have owned points with Fairfield Resorts since 2004. They were joined with Wyndham about a year ago. Since then, no one there can help you. Here are some of the things that have happened to me: 1. Please stay clear of this company! They make/sell bags that are nothing like they claim on their website. They are of inferior quality, from mismatched and inconsistent leathers, wavy and unfinished stitching, flaking hardware and leather, unsealed handles, wrong linings, bags being sent incorrectly to other people, the list goes on. I have two phone lines and internet with ATT. I need to disconnect my 2nd line and when transferred to that dept, I get a recording that states they are NOT answering and that they are disconnecting my call. Conexis is the most disorganized and unethical company I have ever worked with. Because my former employer contracted with Conexis to administer Cobra benefits I have had to go through hell for the last five months. Now they have said they did not receive my last premium payment which cancels our insurance benefits. I have tried to contact this company by email and phone number on mulitple occasions, with no response. Their phone number for customer service constantly says "you are caller number 1 in the que" and then goes to a voicemail about not being to help at this time and leave a message.
