We bought 10 windows and a sliding door from this company a few years ago. I am still trying to get them done right. OMG what a mess they left behind. They had 2 people removing all of these windows and installing them only two. They took a huge loud metal saw and cut our old windows out. Once they were installed they made a mess with the calking and left big gaps. U.S. Fidelis sold me a car warranty and did not mention that I had to use AutoLife Xtend products in my oil, gas, and air conditioning in order for the warranty to be effective. Insinkerator corroded and flooded under the sink. This happened after 2 years. I see full of hard water stuff in it. Fortunately when I called insinkerator they were nice to send me the newer model i.e stainless steel tank with out any charges. I guess they are very considerate in that sense. Or they are aware of this problem. I read somewhere on the web they have recalled some of the models because of similar problem and electrical hazard. Met at home show in NJ to have energy audit performed for home. They "guarantee" they will show up, call multiple times to confirm and then call the day of to say they will not show up due to a "personal emergency". Then reschedule and do not show up again. I ordered a pair of shoes in early January. They charged my credit card the next day and the shoes have never been delivered. I have tried to call numerous times only to be told there will be a 20 minute wait (always the same answer) and when waiting on the phone it is disconnected so you never get through. In Oct 2007 I purchased products from kmart.com and on 1/11/2007 my debit card was DOUBLE charged AGAIN. ( I was double charged in Oct) Over the last 9 days I have talked to over 20 people in customer service and at the corporate office, with no resolution. They charge me for a Create & Print account that I do not use, now going on two years that I have paid for this account and not used it at all. Refuse to refund charge and when I finally got a human being they would not help me. Even when speaking to a manager, he would not help and told me I could write to the corporate address. Auto Dealerships are at an all time high with selling junk to customers. This particular dealership sells junk knowingly. When you purchase a car, they tell you to get an extended warranty, which means absolutely nothing and then want you to pay for a car that you are not getting service from. The sales manager is always busy and the owner is never there to speak with you. You are constantly being told that they will see what they can do now that they have your money. This dishwashers rollers that the racks sit on are very cheap. They break constantly and I have had to replace them several times and have ended up super gluing them. I e-mailed Maytag and their response was basically too bad. The service man that came and worked on the racks told me that there was a problem with them, but even the ones that he replaced them with broke. Since 9 December 2009 I have received my husbands medication from Direct medicine and I experience problems with the account. The description of funding not clearly explained as to what your money would be used for. When I couldn't utilize the information, what I understood the money was for was to partially finance my new business, there was a no money refund policy since a three day decision policy to quit was passed.
