They want what I borrowed plus interest for each day until they receive it and decide to credit me. Interest is 27.98%. They raise it when they want without asking. I bought 20 No-Name brand exam pads a month ago. My daughter is in Matric and uses exam pads extensively to take and make notes. She began complaining bitterly that she just has to lightly touch a page and it literally falls out of the pad itself. I check on this and found it virtually impossible to keep notes in the exam pad - as you're writing, the pages become detached from the top section. I thought I would report this because 'goedkoop' in this case is definately 'duurkoop'. What a waste! I couldn't wait to receive my Dirt Devil Carpet Shampooer. I received it Friday and Sunday starting using it by cleaning my two hallways but didn't go any further as I wasn't happy with the results. This website locked up my computer, so I gave my credit card info to get the anti-virus. Not only did it not give me the spyware I thought I was paying for, it locked up my computer and I had to take it to be fixed, which cost me $200.00. Then it has charged the $54.95 for March and now I got my statement and there is another charge for $42.75 for the month of April. This is unheard of. Frangrancex.com has failed to deliver goods, despite numerous attempts at chasing them. When I emailed a query, they first said that the product had been despatched. When I sent a second, my stern email, they claimed that they had a backlog of orders because of the Iceland Volcano problems which had affected flights.
