I just today stopped to make a purchase of a full tank of gas. Purchase price was $3.48 cents per gallon that equals to the amount of $43.84 cents not to mention the two (2) beverage drinks I had planned on pruchasing. Mazda American Credit charges $3.67/day if you are late. In addition they charge late fees. They are taking customers cars if they are 15 days late. I have found out through people in this field that they are doing this to make money. If this is the only way they can make money then I guess business isn't too good. Consumer pays $5, 285 to become a medical biller/coder. Course outline said we would have hospital billing - we did not. Teacher can't teach Microsoft Word, Excel and Medical Manager like the outline said we would have. School has no contacts with doctor's offices, hospitals to help place you in a job. I did a second mortgage in March of 2006 with Quicken Loans. I told the appraiser that I did not want one of my 2 acre lots on the mortgage. I told them there was enough equity with my home and the 4 acres that the house sits on. I sold the lot that I asked them not to place a lein on. Sure enough the 2 acres had a lein placed on it with out my knowledge. This was discovered 9 weeks ago and I still have not received a partial release of the land.
