This is the most dishonest and horrible company to deal with. They came door to door selling an alarm system. The sales person promised a free move cause I stated right up front that we would be moving and she stated that the move would be free and we would also be given 2 key fobs when the alarm was installed. I bought an extended car warranty and thought it was great but RANDY WEBB in boca raton, fl; the guy who sold it to me was very deceitful and never returns my calls. It turns out when you call the 1-888-858-8448 it doesn't take you to a service rep just an answering service that is in a totally different state and all they do is pass a message along and guess what I never get a call back!!! I can't get a hold of anybody never!!! I want to cancel my warranty but I can't because nobody will return my messages. My boss was on medical leave for 6 weeks. They put me in charge and i accidently ordered some buisness listings for the company that i wasnt suppose to. When my boss came back in, he was none to pleases to say the least. He told me i would have to pay them out of my pocket.ROMAC was the ONLY company that voided my account.All the other companies wanted 4 or 5 hundred dollars.Romac told me, that they would void out the invoice, AND they listed us for the year for FREE. Cashback promotion: I followed every requirement to meet the terms of their agreement. I had also sent my change of address by registered mail in anticipation that they would change their address as they stated in their conditions. I never received notice that they had done so as was also noted in their conditions. My claim was returned as "refused, unable to forward" Companies are apparently getting ripped off by paying these people. I hope they can be tracked down and fined. read full review »

I decided to try the 3 day trial membership on 7th April 2010. On 9th April, I cancelled. I made 2 cancellation requests via the website and one to customer care ([email protected]). I didn't recieve any response or acknowledgement and I discovered on 14th April 2010 that I was billed. I tried calling and sent another email. I had to find a new dentist due to our new insurance. I had heard about Q Dental and was pleased to see one close to me. I had my first root canal done, which was done in 3 visits. The Dr. never told me what to do or what he was going to doing. I had to ask on my second visit when he would put the post in. He said he just did it. Called and ordered Montels Health Master, sounded good, but the next day we looked on line and they charged us for 2 of them they were not the same price one had $30.00 warranties the other was $19.99 for the warranties which we didn't want the prices for the unit them selves were different 1 was $199, 96 the other was $159.00 one had $19.99 S&H the other had $29.98. As an animal lover, I have had my fair share of animal friends. I shop at various pet stores, but none have ever treated me so bad like Ricks Fish and Pet store in Frederick, Maryland. I go into Ricks to purchase Cichlids for my 20 gallon tall tank, and they tell me that this tank is too small and that they could not sell me any fish because of this tank size. I ordered the EBay marketing system. I had used EBay in the past and I had just opened up a store and was looking to expand my inventory. I thought it sounded good. It did too good to be true! I received a bill with an over the limit fee of $29 along with a $56 membership fee so I paid off the balance in full and called to cancel my card. A month later I get a letter stating that my account will stay open for 2 consecutive months before it closes and if there are any other charges on the account, (the account that I specifically asked to be closed a month earlier) the account will remain open and membership fees will continue. I dropped my car off at Brake Masters at Oracle and Ina in Tucson Arizona to have my front brakes checked. My parents have done business with them for years, I have spent at least $600 with them and my friend does business with this very location of Brake Masters. I was stupid enough to try this rental program they told me that I had to pay $85 to even get a listing of the homes they had so I did and in return I found no home and now I'm out of $85. We have moved into a new property in the past 3 weeks and unfortunately it has a gas pre-payment meter. I phoned British Gas to get a card to allow us to top up the meter and they assured me one was on the way, in the meantime they sent out an engineer to give us the £10 emergency credit facility. Read similar complaints on this site about their cancelation scam. They billed me for 6 months after I sent cancelation form, and battled with the credit card company because they continued to pay them each month. Their "headquarters" in Toms River would tell me they never received my cancelation form, and because I could not prove I mailed it, they would not refund me for their continued billing. I took my car to Purrfect Auto to get a diagnosis of my engine to check the compression because it lost power and has rough idle. I tried changing the spark plugs, but could not remove because they were too tight.
