My complaint is about a company cruise.com I have never been so annoyed and displeased with a company as I am with this one.I was quoted a price and told that it was canadian funds only to discover it was US funds this is not where it stops when I tried to contact them I was continuously put on hold 25-60 minutes, when I tried to pay they told me the original invoice didnt include a 90.00 document international package when I tried to complain they disconnected me and I had to wait again. I had specifically explained to the representative of the store that sold me the item that I would be away on business and to call my cell phone which I gave to her. We were only 1 month behind on our car payment, and my husband made a payment this past Friday 1/30, and the car got repossessed by Santander Financial, early Monday morning. We really aren't understanding because, not only that, we made another payment arrangement. No sooner have I put my son a fresh nappy on, it falls off!!! This is due to one side not being attached as well as the other side. The whole of the right hand side just detaches itself. The range was delivered 1/17/08, it was non working at that time. Convection fan was not working, thermostat was not working, ignitors for the burners were not working. It took dozens of calls and not until March was it repaired. Again in August I started having problems again. The convection stopped working, the broiler stopped working and when you use the oven the smell of natural gas fills the room until the range actually lights. I was charged a penalty fee for paying my charge bill online on the due date. I was told that I could avoid the fee if I paid the bill late in one of the retail stores as the company gives a one day grace period on all payments.
