I am a woman and took my car to be repaired to that shop after speaking to my insurance company who reccommeded this Body Shop. The owner stated that the repairs would be done just as if the car went to Jaguar dealership. I paid Showcars-bodyparts.com $500 for a fiberglass hood. They only accept checks, no credit cards. I was told my hood would be shipped within a week adter they received my money. 4 weeks after they cashed my check I received the hood. What a piece of crap! Gel coat was cracked, hood was mis shapen, structure was wrong and it was too long. After cutting and working on it for a few hours, we we're sure it was junk. We have been GM card members for 7 years and have accumulated $5, 893 dollars in points toward a GM car. When we decided to claim these towards a new GM vehicle we were told we could only use $1, 000 in cash towards a new vehicle. I ordered a "Free" trial of the electronic cigarette from Directecig.com. For the cost of shipping($9.95)you received a starter kit of the product. Nothing on the web page said anything about a 2 week trial period before they sent you the full order and charged the full price of $89.95 plus shipping. 2-10 Warranty is a horrible company. I have an AC unit that went out on 6/29/2009. It is now 7/17/2009 and has been about 90-100 degrees everyday. They have not still fixed the unit. I have made nearly 70, yes 70 calls to them with never once a call back. They do not live up to their end of the deal, do not care. I had personal loans taken out with this company. After making payment arrangements with them on existing loans of $400 they did not honor the payment arrangements and debited my bank account for the entire loan costs without notification. I changed bank accounts and they accessed my new bank account without my giving them my new account number.
