Mrs Marjorie Reynolds called me and told me to send an extra payment to get my debt sent back to direct loans early on my 9th payment. I did that March 27th. Booked a ticket to Oaxaca that I couldn't use because of work. Called at the time to ask them what the procedure was for reimbursement and/or flight changes. I was told I had a year to use the ticket with a $100.00 fee for the change, including changing the ticket to another destination. Altura Credit Union is the king of NSF ripoffs. They say they are non-profit, but that is not true. The company quoted me for installation of ice maker for a new fridge, $60, and claiming a maximum of $70 for running the water from sink area to the fridge. Am having major prob with Toshiba mail in rebate thru ESend. Just purch new laptop via ShopNBC with $200 mail in rebate. I worked for werner in 2006, This was the worst experience I ever had. My first trainer was a female, she would go to the bathroom in the truck in a garbage can then tie the bag up and put it on the floor. Sometimes she would have 4 or 5 bags of urine in the truck.
