Past member that will tell you that you can find much better gyms than this. They look good; however, the management at this place has a lot to be desired. Tried to get issues rectified with my membership and they just refused to listen or respond. Tried to get them to resolve by contacting the Better Business Bureau and they just said so what! Look at the other complaints on this board about them and just Google them and read other reviews and you will see a clear pattern. I now have the 2nd replacement that Sony has sent me that is not "refurbished" by their own definition. I have reported this to Sony and to the Better Business Bureau. It appears that the PSP has had many complaints and the customer service department has treated others rudely just as they did me. I had XM service from October of 2004 until 1/12/09. I received a statement in the mail indicating that I needed to contact XM Radio to update my credit card information for their auto renewal program. I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription instead. My subscription should have expired on 1/12/09. Beware of Ask.com, if you use them they may install a program on your computer that constantly redirects websites you are viewing to Ask.com. It seems to be a very hard program to get rid off. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to get it off my computer with no success. Some sites I can not even view because it keeps being redirected to Ask.com. Very frustrating. Bidfun is a total ripoff. 1 bid equals approx $1 and only increases the bid amount by $.01. Using that math, an item selling for $20 actually nets them $2000+. You do NOT get your money back if you don't win the auction. If you do win the auction, not only do you pay $1 for every bid, you also have to pay the final amount of the auction. In September of 2006 I set up a contract with Jeff Roach of Elink Media for a CPA email campaign. Had great experience with direct tv until I needed service. First scheduled technician did not fix problem. Second and third did not show up in the specified time frames (6-8 am and 8 am -12 pm). No call, just didn't come after I arranged for someone to be off work to meet them. 1st excuse was he got there an hour after the time frame. Still waiting for second excuse.
