This website locked up my computer, so I gave my credit card info to get the anti-virus. Not only did it not give me the spyware I thought I was paying for, it locked up my computer and I had to take it to be fixed, which cost me $200.00. Then it has charged the $54.95 for March and now I got my statement and there is another charge for $42.75 for the month of April. This is unheard of. All the items that contained any type of tomato sauce tasted sour and seemed like they were spoiled. The chocolates ware all melted because the food has no dry ice or is not kept cool in any way. Frangrancex.com has failed to deliver goods, despite numerous attempts at chasing them. When I emailed a query, they first said that the product had been despatched. When I sent a second, my stern email, they claimed that they had a backlog of orders because of the Iceland Volcano problems which had affected flights. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. Right away he acted as though there was a major problem with our system. In fact, he told us our A/C which is cooling just fine needed to be replaced. When I booked my ticket, I paid an extra $40C for the elite plus service on a champagne getaway, which allows for emergency row seating and an extra 5kg of checked baggage (30kg).
