Two days ago I called the Glass Doctor set up appointment at my home for Saturday to repair cracks in my windshield for 9am. It is now 12:53 and still waiting. I continued to check my checking account online waiting to see the check cashed ... and after it was 1 week late, I called them (before they contacted me) and they said they never received it ... but I've heard their practice is to do this so they can continue to earn money on customers. I purchased a Garmin and specifically asked for two-day delivery. I asked the order taker several times will I get it in two days. She assured me that I would. Didn't get it until 5 days later. Very incompetent order takers plus you have a hard time understanding what they're saying. They don't speak good English. Paid a large sum for two-day. We bought 10 windows and a sliding door from this company a few years ago. I am still trying to get them done right. OMG what a mess they left behind. They had 2 people removing all of these windows and installing them only two. They took a huge loud metal saw and cut our old windows out. Once they were installed they made a mess with the calking and left big gaps. Insinkerator corroded and flooded under the sink. This happened after 2 years. I see full of hard water stuff in it. Fortunately when I called insinkerator they were nice to send me the newer model i.e stainless steel tank with out any charges. I guess they are very considerate in that sense. Or they are aware of this problem. I read somewhere on the web they have recalled some of the models because of similar problem and electrical hazard.
