I ordered a part from this company. The same date, they emailed me a receipt and also charged my bank card. On 5/8/08 at 6:56pm I called Safe Auto at 1-800-723-3288 about an insurance quote. I worked with Beverly Rainey a Sales Rep. She quoted policy number MO00007230A-00 for a 6 month term of $371.00. I was charged a penalty fee for paying my charge bill online on the due date. I was told that I could avoid the fee if I paid the bill late in one of the retail stores as the company gives a one day grace period on all payments. I purchased a 2009 Silverado in Oct. 09 with 3000 kms on it the low oil light came on. I took it straight in and the service dept had the truck for 1 month, first a sensor then the oil pump finally a complete teardown to find the problem, a faulty cam bearing and cam, 3000kms you say they repaired the motor not a new one. This Budget Truck rental that was at a Citgo Gas Station charged me $55 for a fill up. They state that I did not fill the truck back up upon returning it. In july hi-fi - corp swapped my tomtom for a new on and within a month it freezes. took back to hifi and an indian service manager told me he call tomtom and they are going to send him some doc on what to do with the tomtom, he said he is going to test it and call me back the following day and he advised his staff member to book the gps in and he will confirm with tom tom if he has to swap it again or what. What a drag to go to Checkers, Gape Gate, Brackenfell. Not only do you stand in queues for a long time, but their staff is unfriendly too. Also, at the dairy and chicken aisle, you are overcome by a bad smell. I changed my store now and don't shop at Checkers at all. We placed a big office order today, and amongst that order were 2 Pasta salads. One Greek Salad, one Chicken Salad. I had an accident on 17 April 2008. A R.A.M. courier driver sped through a red robot and collided with my vehicle and sent me spinning. My vehicle was written off a week later and I am STILL waiting for MFC to de-register the vehicle so that the insurance can settle the car and I can buy a new one!!! The insurance company want the de-registration papers first and MFC wont de-register the vehicle until the Insurance have settled it. My vehicle has been to Action Ford Constantia over 10 times for the same problem. My little 1.3 bantam has never been right since day one. I have an idling problem that apparently cannot be fixed!!! They have accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle when my car has been with them, and I really believe that they have tried to come to the party, but I think there workshop lacks the skills to fix the problem. Action Fords solution to the problem is for me to buy a new vehicle, which will cost me thousands of Rands. I cannot afford a new vehicle, and they have given up on the problem.
