Beware! Beware! 21st mortgage company is a horrible lender. They call you everyday if you are just 1 week late. We were blessed to refinance and get from under those crooks. They sent representatives to our home on a sunday morning to find out when we were going to pay. Have received a phone message at home and at work from "Llyod Banks" at 559-823-5337. Claimed to work for Law Group of California and that they were about to file a lawsuit against me. Said I needed to call immediately to settle this or give him my lawyers name. I was given no information about who was bringing suit against me or why. We spent $250 to board our dog for Thanksgiving. $250 is 25% of my husband's salary. Boarding the dog requires the dog to get some vaccinations, so we took the dog to the vet for some vaccinations and a physical exam the day before the boarding.
