Quality of food served on Kolkata Dubai route is absolutely disgusting, There has been a serious deterioration in the quality in the last two years, I think the caterers supplying the food are creating problems. I ordered a "Free" trial of the electronic cigarette from Directecig.com. For the cost of shipping($9.95)you received a starter kit of the product. Nothing on the web page said anything about a 2 week trial period before they sent you the full order and charged the full price of $89.95 plus shipping. They buried that info in the fine print of the "terms of service". When I called to complain they were rude and refused to allow a return for a refund. 2-10 Warranty is a horrible company. I have an AC unit that went out on 6/29/2009. It is now 7/17/2009 and has been about 90-100 degrees everyday. They have not still fixed the unit. I have made nearly 70, yes 70 calls to them with never once a call back. They do not live up to their end of the deal, do not care. I had personal loans taken out with this company. After making payment arrangements with them on existing loans of $400 they did not honor the payment arrangements and debited my bank account for the entire loan costs without notification. I changed bank accounts and they accessed my new bank account without my giving them my new account number. I also have sent them several emails requesting that they provide me with an account number so I can make payments directly to them from my end but no response. Hughes Net Satellite broke, I called tech support after hours of automated trouble shooting a service repair man was scheduled. Took off from work, met repair man. My Home Mortgage was just sold to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP this company has no direct website, No Customer service department. Everything is Automated by computer and when called the only real option is to either make a payment or schedule a payment. This is not the way to do business especially when dealing with someones Mortgage. This company need to be more available, People need to speak to people, not computer. After a few months of use, the cushions began to break down to the point that the couch was impossible to sit on comfortably.
