No willingness to identify satisfied customers - this is a major concern even though their policy, as articulated, seems understandable. Oxygen is closing Standard Plus. No consultation, just a letter INFORMING members of the change & increase in subscriptions (20%) plus decrease in benefits (PMB moving from medium to low reference price). Since we had to pay a 20% increase in subs in Jan - this means our contributions will increase by 40% in one year - together with a drastic reduction in benefits. Being a mother of a three-year old boy, who loves to eat at the Wimpy, I wish to bring under your attention that I am very disappointed in The Wimpy for not catering for cutlery for children. Seeing that you have a children’s menu I think it is only fair to ask that you supply cutlery suitable for children. The reason I request this is that my son is expected to eat with a (very sharp) steak knife and I am sure you can imagine how dangerous this is (a normal blunt butter knife, will do). I purchased a MADINA LOUNGE SUITE from Russells Ladybrand in December 2008. I reported this matter in February 2009 and was told the lounge would be collected for repairs, that was done and instead it was badly damaged rather than to be repaired. I went to the Spur at Howard Centre, Pinelands yesterday to meet up with a buddy of mine, I was early, and was seated after waiting about 5 minutes in the front, fine, no hassles. i didn't know why my hotel stay wasn't going to be paid for until the front desk mngr told me funds were unavailble on my acheive credit card. it was the weekend and the entire company was closed including the lost or stollen card area. i made 2 pay at the pump tranactions 15.00 and 45.00 they held 150.00 on my card that was (2) 75.00 payments, and i didn't that until i was able to view the terms on line. They refuse to cancel my contract after they neglected to respond on alarms for 3 months. A new company investigate and they found the equipment not working. We asked chubb for cancelation and they demanded the full payment for the remainder of the contract. We still pay the monthly service fee although the antenna was taken out. The cincinnati police suck so much. They gave a parking ticket to my g.f who is parked in front of my driveway, who has a license plate from another state, on a closed off street! I had major dental work done by so called 'dr' Ranilo Tuazon. He never prescribed me any medications after the procedure. I had to call them the next day & explain how much pain I was in and asked if I can have some medication prescribed. It was a hassle explaining it to the staff as if they forgot who I was. Southern California Legal Group and attorney John Paull Serrao and Mathew Donahue advertises a low $799 price but that is just a bait and switch scam trick to get you to pay much more. They are a ripoff. My impression was that the staff in the office were very young and inexperienced, the attorneys have only practiced bankruptcy for a year and did not reflect the experience that they claim. My father passed away suddenly after an accident in mid October. His personal property was improperly handled and subject to robbery of the deceased body and personal belongings. I have evidence that his wallet contained $186 and three credit cards. I have no proof of his wedding ring, but these items (wallet and ring) were not present or returned at any point in the process. How long does it take the City of Edmonton Roadways and Maintainance to fix this problem. According to the small problem we see here it should take approx. 1 week but this has been a problem for more than 4 weeks. I went into the local VCA because my dog was not eating and vomiting bile during a time when my regular vet was out of town for the week.
