I cancelled my Health Plan Protector policy with Discover Life in Dec 09. The last payment should have been in Dec 09. Since then 3 payments have gone off as debit orders from my account. I fly a lot within South Africa and have noticed something very strange when booking tickets on Kulula and it has become too much of a coincidence to be a coincidence. I often check the prices of flights on all the airlines and then go back to the most convenient one to book the ticket. I needed a new roof and some home repairs. I called Everhome. I was lead to believe that there would be no problem with my refinance of my home. I would only be out of pocket $350. Well not only did I end up paying the $350, but another $175 for home inspector. Only to find out my loan was denied and was told they did not have the funds to support my loan in the first place!!! Printer is 6 mos old. It developed an obvious problem with the electronic controls.It took 3 phone calls and 3.75 hours on the telephone to convince tech support to provide a replacement under under warranty. I was then told it would take two weeks to get the replacement unless I paid a fee for faster shipment.The tech support people (who spoke with a heavy accent) had no concern about my problems. They informed me that I should have purchased an extended warranty (at about the cost of the printer) if I wanted better warranty service. We purchased a king size premier pillowtop mattress set and within a year had huge indentations mid-way. Plus it was causing back aches. This company has called me every day for the past two months. I tell them I've lost my job and they become sarcastic and belligerent. They call me again the next day just to ask the same questions. They are doing nothing but harassing me. I have told them over and over that I'll pay the bill when I find a job. One day they called me at 4:00 pm and at 8:00 am the following day.
