I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. I recently purchased a Cad bury Chocolate from a local shop in Delhi, after opening the outer packaging of the chocolate i found that it was not fit for consumption. The inner packaging of the chocolate is still intact. The chocolate has 2 cubes missing, further more there are stains on the paper which is used to do the inner packaging. I think this is very bad on the part of Cad bury to allow such food products enter market, which are not fit for consumption and are a hazard to public health. I spoke to a Oklahoma City process server and she told me that their office is comprised of a bunch of 20 something brats that are underpaid and basically told to lie, cheat and do what they can to scare consumers into paying. We purchased a wall unit from Pottery Barn Kids for $1, 550.00, which was to include "white glove" delivery. They sell these Chinese Made ATV's and offer no service centers to take care of the warranty. They expect you the owner of the ATV to figure out what is wrong. if you have a problem with the ATV and send in the part and they will replace it. That is a joke. You will wear yourseft down trying to get something done. They have no repair centers to take care of the warranty problems. Crayton electroncis sold me a brocken cellphone, and when I asked to send it back for a refund they chared me a 15% restocking fee. I paid for a rush shipment, now I have to pay to return the broken phone, and they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. I will spend as much on shipping fee as I will get in credit. Read fine print carefully because apparently they don't want to refund your money as advertised even after you learn that most of their listings are bogus. I was checking my daughters credit report now that she turned 18yrs old and this Company West Bay Aquisitions came up which is a scam and a fraud. Never heard of this company. Report states account was opened when she was 15yrs old just a child. Stating amount $74.00 past due for 1 month. Sounds very strange to me. Similar to other complaints out there, I too ordered the "trial" product and received it in an unlabeled white bag with no invoice. When I tried to call customer service number listed on the website, you were placed on hold indefinitely. I finally tried to send e-mail and sent product back with a letter to an address on the website. I still got charged because they claimed I didn't get a return approval from C.S. Really? My daughter attended this school for 5 months and it was awful. She did not learn and she was in a class way to young for her. My daughter was 4 and 1/2 and was in a class with 3 to young 4's. While in Sparkles care she was hurt 3 times. She was hit in the face 2 times, both times drew blood and have left scars. She had her finger smashed in the hinge of a door and lost her finger nail. I succumbed to these guys high pressure selling techniques back in June 2008. Put up my $6000 - because hey after all it was guaranteed. Every month lost money until the account was too low to trade.
