I went to them for a full body package where i was supposed to get 8 treatments but after 4 i realised their whole process was ineefective, in fact the technician Cathy was even fired because of incorrect procedures being followed.
But inspite of asking for a re-do or a refund since last one year i have not got any response from them.Every time i go there they make me wait & promise to get back but never do...all calls go unanswered into their answering machine!
I paid 6000 dollars all at one go in good faith but today i really dont know how to get a solution for the whole mess i got myself into...people BEWARE of this unprofessional company. read full review »

I don't know where to begin. When my wife and decided to go with TW we knew we were paying a lot of money for their services(over $4,000.00). We figured if we pay a little extra we should be getting the better service and product. We were dead wrong. The product was excellent and our photography was fabulous, but the service was God awful. SBIDFILM who was the DIGITAL EDITING LAB & RESERVED MEDIA VIEWING ROOM SUPERVISOR did leave his post without notice due to being fired and/or most likely caused the firing and also was associated some past disturbances of racial discrimination and mistreatment of a film professional who had visited there seeking professional advice and service at the film/video digital lab & media viewing room.

I had my taxes done at Liberty Taxes In San Diego, California. I went in to do my state taxes only. The office submitted my federal taxes (without my permission) and now no one wants to get back to me. I still have not received copies of my paperwork (state or federal).
I've left several messages at the local office, no one returns my call. Now they've even removed their greeting.

I ordered DVD player software from Roxio, paid them the money (credit card via the Internet), downloaded the software, installed it, and it didn't work. I assumed it was something small, but when I tried to call Roxio for support (they don't offer a website for support) they demanded money to even talk to me, with a minimum of $20+ charged against my credit card with no guarantee they could solve my problem.

I have tried for over a week to speak with the owner of this company. This same company towed my car last year, daughter. was in process of moving to Maryland. After I contacted someone with the Department of Revenue--the owner called me back, apologized for behavior of his men. I still had to pay $200 to get my car back to my daughter.

mom with 3 kids every penny counts and I wanted to reward for her job well done in school.
Well, she used her habbo coins to decorate her room and she even had some left over. She logged off, next day everything gone! coins, habbo furni everything! Mr. Monte Koon is the person of interest who solicited my business of cutting timber off of my property in Georgia. the property is 33 acreas and a contract was made out by Mr. Koon and I signed it. His company was to cut timber for 6 months and afterwhich I would receive payment for lumber cut. Mr. Koon has cut the timber but has since not returned my calls or letters written to his company for payment. I now feel that the whole process of drawing up a contract and everything was a scam. Infinity dish offer free gift to sign up dish network with them such as gas voucher, stereo, camera etc. I selected for gas voucher, the trick is there is a $50.00 processing fee to sign up one of this free gift. They charged my credit card $50.00 on 12/22/08, they told me i need to download the rebate form from their web site and mail it back to them so they can send me $300.00 gas voucher. Some of Our party has couriered a document on 22/12/2007 from Hisar (Haryana) to our address .Its GCN no. is 194825138. They had not delivered the parcel yet. They received the parcel in the noon of 23/12/2007. When we start search on 25/12/07. In their local office a person named MUKESH told that they will not deliver the material. Because it is not their area. While Every courier is delivering the material on our address. When I told to Mukesh that I will lodge a complain against you then he said he will return the material...

I met with an accident 3 weeks ago, where I had a fracture on my ankle, deep scratches on my hands and chest and 8 stitches on my chin which is completely cured and I am perfectly recovered with in a month but its really amazing and disappointing that my bike is not yet repaired where in it just had a minor damage on the front wheel which need to be changed that's it. GAMEVANCE is supposedly a gamesite that people sign up for and play games and win stuff. I NEVER signed up for it and it has somehow gotten into my computer and keeps popping up with ads that saying that I have won $$ and to click here. The ads look exactly like the site I am trying to go to (coke, yahoo, etc) and whether you click cancel or continue it sends you to their site where they try to sell you stuff. The ads are popping up no matter where I go.

So I rented a Penske truck for my move from Oceanside, CA to San Diego, CA. I thought I would change it up and use this rental company since they speak so highly of themselves. Preparing to drop off the truck at the drop off location, I went to the gas station, topped it off, and dropped off the truck. A few days later I noticed an extra charge of $25.oo on my account. I have a Best Buy card through HSBC that I have been paying on for 3 years now. I usually pay double what is owed every month. With very little exception, I have paid on time. December of 2005 I switched back from sending checks to electronic payment through my bank. My minimum payment of $19.00 was due on 12/03/05. They state they did not receive my payment until 12/08/05 (I believe they received it, they just did not process). They charged me a late fee of $29.00.

I purchased the Wal-Mart Student Edition MoneyCard however I put all the correction information in the system for activation. The customer service agent stated the system could not verifiy my information and I had to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund of my own money that I downloaded on the card. It was for a family emergency. I never knew there is problem with verifying information from using your own personal money. This is not a good idea and I advise people not to purchase the service from the company it is not very customer friendly it cost me more than it was worth. read full review »
