On Feb 6, 2004, we purchased a Kenmore dishwasher from Sears. We also purchased the 3 year extended warranty. Before the first year was over it broke down and it took Sears around a month to fix it. This was during the Thanksgiving holiday in 2004. In 2005, it broke down again the first of Nov. From that point through Nov 17 it was repaired, used three times, and broke again. However I found out that the card was not canceled and some service charge was calculated and it kept on increasing and reached RS 1200. These payday companies are out of control. This particular lender realized Virginia was on to them about payday loans and now they offer long term loans. But at what cost? I got a 1000 dollar loan and never realized the fee for being a day late. I was a day late and had my wife go in the day after the due date to pay the minimum payment. This is an internet business called Privacy Matters (www.privacymatters.com). Sometime in April 2 I tried to get what was called a "free" credit report. I proceeded to fill out the information because it is required before I can get my credit report. When I received my credit card bill, I was charged two different fees, $1 and $29.95. Chase Card Services has started charging me a monthly service charge for paying my credit card bill on-time! I have a balance on my credit card that is set a fixed interest rate of 4.99%. This month, my minimum payment amount was raised from 2% to 5% of my remaining balance and I'm being charged a monthly $10 service charge fee. Don't sign the agreement, they will overcharge you. The Customer Service is horrible ! You will talk to financial companies and they will call you day and night. Impossible to get out. We have also had almost identical experiences with Paradigm Direct from the just say yes to the confirmation call and don't worry we will take care of the termination for you it won't cost you anything and getting stuck with an additional terminal we specifically did not want but ended up with due to answering the confirmation the way we were instructed to. I have worked with Patent Assistance Worldwide and I can tell you they are a scam to take your money. Looking back I cant believe how foolish I was to continue working with them, but Im glad I stopped. I refinanced my home with Decision One on 8-29-2005. I paid my insurance for a year. On my mortgage taxes and insurance were to be paid with an escrow acct... We chose Greg to take photos of our daughter's wedding in June 2007. In the package, we bought the wedding books. These are small bound books to give to relatives, friends, etc. It is now December 2008 and we still do not have the books for the second Christmas in a row, 18 months later.! Since the beginning of our business relationship, Mesa Law Group has been making promises and not delivering on them. We were given a gift of crystal glassware (the Hotel Collection) stocked at Boardmans. We wanted to build up the set into 12 glasses of each type and have visited various stores. We find that the glassware has been marked up from its original price of between R49 - R99 per glass to R149 to R179 per glass. My warranty was extended through Wesbank on my Nissan Navara FNM 418 NW. The vehicle developed clutch problems and I asked Nissan (Lionel Motors) to inspect it for me. Subsequently they submitted a claim to repair but the claim was turned down by an assessor from Motorite. The reason stated was that it was because of incorrect driving.
