DO NOT EVER USE OR COME CLOSE TO HIS COMPANY! Golden Leasing Inc. has been charging - unduly - a monthly fee for "software leasing". My wife managed credit card accounts, did not pay attention to the recurring charge to our checking account. When I noticed - this is years in the works, btw, our bad for not noticing sooner - I called Golden Leasing Inc. at 800-683-5433 to inquire and cancel. Got a run around, and was hung up TWICE, with no satisfaction, I have had to call my bank, put a stop payment, and probably will end up changing checking account numbers to make sure. Customer Service is the pits - Trying to replace a phone that stopped working, it has taken 3 calls and a trip to the nearest At&T wireless store. I recently purchased a Sanyo LCD TV and in chatting to the sales person I mentioned that I wanted to get into share trading and she said that this TV could get Finance news etc as it had Teletext. Upon trying for months to get it to work I rang Sanyo hotline and was told that Channel 7 is the onl;y channel in Australia that owns and operates Austext Teletext and that it had stopped boradcasting on 30 September 2009. Don't be fooled by this company's user-friendly website (which auto-populates fields with information that is then held against you) and ostensibly-low rates. This company has called me every day for the past two months. I tell them I've lost my job and they become sarcastic and belligerent. They call me again the next day just to ask the same questions. They are doing nothing but harassing me. I have told them over and over that I'll pay the bill when I find a job. One day they called me at 4:00 pm and at 8:00 am the following day. I just noticed this charge from Easy Saver and called their number on my credit card statement. I complained and asked how many times did the billing appear. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THAT QUESTION before you ASK FOR A REFUND. I had no problem getting the credit back to my card. I was on the call for about 3 minutes and "WON" BACK 4 x $14.95. They said it would take one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear. I purchased a men's white gold topaz ring from Gemologica. They said that the ring lists for $525 and sold it to me for $310. The ring is hollow inside, very thin and very very cheaply made. The stone even wiggles! When I sent them an email asking them to let me know where this ring lists for $525 they replied that I can return the ring. On the 4th of February 2008 I transmitted my Turbo Tax e-file and noticed that it was not what I had printed and saw it doubled our income. I called Turbo Tax and was told to have the IRS reject our submittal. I called and the IRS - very nice - said we can't do that. On 12/03/2008, I booked a round trip to Hawaii from Portland OR. I did that at that time ONLY because my wife and I were offered $100 e-certificates which claimed it was good for interisland travel. Half of these reviews don't even make sense, i have leafguard and its not something that you order and that comes in... it is made at your house they have a truck that has a machine on it that makes the gutters the same length as your house... also they are made out of aluminum if you try to lift the top up it doesn't break if anything it would bend.
