I recently attended Bentley Travels presentation with my husband. My husband both agreed we were not going to purchase anything before hand and we did not. We were told that we would get 2 free airline tickets to any where we wanted. We were told to mail in this voucher and we would get them. I now have recieved a letter stating that we did not send the letter certified and we did not give 90 days. We would not told this before hand. We did not pick any location, this was suppose to be before hand. I got a letter back now stating that it is now void and no longer available. Received two charges on Visa statement, 7/28/2008 for $16.95 and 8/14/2008 for $16.95. The name on the account was not either my wife or my name and we have no one else living with us. I tested a Simmons Beautyrest mattress in Kirschmans Furniture Store in Metarie, La. The bed was wonderful in the store. I had the bed delivered on Jan. 17, 2004. On December 17th I made a motel reservation on this website for January 9th, one night in Greenville, NC. Oddly enough, my credit card was charged that very same day for $89.61. I applied for a homeowners insurance policy with Amica and was denied coverage simply because I foster dogs for animal rescue organizations. The fostering I do has been minimal - three over the past five years. Two were small mixed breeds and one is a border collie. I work through organizations that are registered non-profits with the IRS and all dogs are temperment tested before coming into rescue. I took a contract phoe with them 2008 and by then my pay date was month end until January when it changed to the 15th of each month. Problem 1: i took a Life policy with Claudius Motlhasedi and because he did not have the knowledge regarding payments, i was debited early and my account is messed up as a result. I made a settlement with RPM in April of 2008. They start calling me in July of 2008 to tell me I still owe them money even though they settled with me. They now call at least 5 times a day every day. They are now becoming abusive with their language. They laugh while on the phone with me, they tell me to make their job easy and just hang up the phone. Anyone interested in buying from the roomstore needs to beware, they are the worst furniture store ever. First when I had me bedroom set delivered they had the nerve enough to deliver the bed with no mattresses. Then when I call the office he says oh yea I meant to call and tell you the mattresses were not in. Now why they heck would you deliver a metal bed frame with no mattresses, they should have just waited till they had it all to have it delivered. When I ordered some products from Vista Print, being extrememly careful not to click any memberships and to unclick any pre-clicked items, they still signed me up for this membership - plus 10 others. Direct Tv was my provider for 2+ years. I had to cancel my service due to a move to another location where sat dishes are not allowed in the community. My first impression of All Care Dental was the strip mall feel and the dirty lobby. I didn't think they were there long enough to have a dirty lobby. The wait was ridiculous. The staff was in party mode the whole time. I do not think they should not enjoy being at work, but they were wheeling each other around on office chairs. After 18 months of ortho appointments, I do not recommend Smilecare in Concord, CA. Even though I had an appointment card; E-v-e-r--y single time I went in they were running late.
