We rent movies weekly from the Movie Gallery in our area and upon checking out were asked if we'd like to purchase a bag of popcorn and a little plastic flag for a buck, proceeds to go to buying movies for the troops. After we purchased this I read the sign as we were leaving that 10% goes to troops. A place I have used is Propertyroom.com. It gives you police seized items but also a lot of stores dump there items here too. Loads of jewelry. I have purchase maybe a dozen rings / earrings and a necklace... all were as described and all very inexpensive!!! They have bulk items that can be a great value but (as with any auction) it can grow to something that isn't a great value. My husband has purchased car stereo items through here as well. They have committed out and out fraud. They claim to be able to match perfumes and they have no ability to do this service they are advertising. They need to be held accountable somehow. They use the mail to send their products months late and then claim a return policy of 30 days from purchase. I was involved in an accident with my 2007 Santa Fe. I was traveling 60 Kms/per hour when another vehicle crossed my line of travel and I hit her. On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested. My Mom had fallen and broke her glasses. My husband made an appointment for an eye test and new glasses for her. We arrived on time and we confronted with a rude receptionist. She walked away from us and talked to someone in the back before coming back to us. We were told to take Mom into the room and get her into the chair. She is in a wheelchair and needed assistance. This shop has done laundry services without acting on the customer's instruction. There have been several occasions where the clothing were dry cleaned without informing us when I have asked for laundry or washing services, stated clearly on the quote invoices. Then, when the items were delivered, they demanded payment based on dry cleaning charges which of course is much higher. I bought a UGG boots from them. They sent me a wrong size. And I asked to return, but there is no return info(such as return slip, company address, etc.). I sent them few emails but they didn't give me their return address and asked me to keep the shoes. This is completely CHEAP company. And the quality of the boots is really bad too.
