I was checking my daughters credit report now that she turned 18yrs old and this Company West Bay Aquisitions came up which is a scam and a fraud. Never heard of this company. Report states account was opened when she was 15yrs old just a child. Stating amount $74.00 past due for 1 month. Sounds very strange to me. Tried calling the number and just a recorder comes on the line. This is on my daughter's credit report for 3 years. Fighting day and night to get this removed. These people need to be in jail. I have e-mailed them a total of six times, no response.I contacted my bank and found i was charged to a place called "Deckers Outlet", I did call this place which is listed and was told they recieve several phone calls per day about this web site, which is apparantly totally bogus!!! Similar to other complaints out there, I too ordered the "trial" product and received it in an unlabeled white bag with no invoice. When I tried to call customer service number listed on the website, you were placed on hold indefinitely. I finally tried to send e-mail and sent product back with a letter to an address on the website. I still got charged because they claimed I didn't get a return approval from C.S. Really? My daughter attended this school for 5 months and it was awful. She did not learn and she was in a class way to young for her. My daughter was 4 and 1/2 and was in a class with 3 to young 4's. While in Sparkles care she was hurt 3 times. She was hit in the face 2 times, both times drew blood and have left scars. She had her finger smashed in the hinge of a door and lost her finger nail. I signed up for a month to month agreement so I could cancel when my travel schedule picked up. I notified the front desk I was canceling my month to month membership. I succumbed to these guys high pressure selling techniques back in June 2008. Put up my $6000 - because hey after all it was guaranteed. Every month lost money until the account was too low to trade. Mr. Monte Koon is the person of interest who solicited my business of cutting timber off of my property in Georgia. the property is 33 acreas and a contract was made out by Mr. Koon and I signed it. His company was to cut timber for 6 months and afterwhich I would receive payment for lumber cut. GAMEVANCE is supposedly a gamesite that people sign up for and play games and win stuff. I NEVER signed up for it and it has somehow gotten into my computer and keeps popping up with ads that saying that I have won $$ and to click here.
