My AT&T bill has been charged with a 10.66 per month charge from GeneralTexting LLC. The company keeps showing up even after cancelling them numerous times. AT&T removes the charges and cancels the subscriptions to no avail. We have a new home with Alside windows installed by the builder. They leak so much cold air that we can't even sit by them because of the amount of cold air that infiltrates thru the window frame. We have frost and ice on the inside of our window frames almost all winter long. They will not return my email messages so we can set up a time for them to come out and look at the problem. We lived at the Brighton Place Apartments for more than a year, paying everything on time. Our apartment was broken into and we were robbed of almost $5000 worth of electronics and other things. My wife and I have experienced problems with Shell. We feel we were lied to and sucked into buying a timeshare. We purchased 4500 at the Legacy in AZ.
