I applied for high speed dsl with A.T.&T. in May of 2008. They sent me the wrong modem. I called and they said to send it back but charged me for it and it ttok threemonths to get the charge off. I received the new, more expensive, modem and finally got the late charge penalties for the first modem reversed. About 6 months after I had replacement windows installed, I noticed the caulk across the bottom of the windows was turning brown. I called the owner to come out and look. It was always too late for her to come, she was on the other side of town, etc. Finally, I told her it made no difference how late as I have outside lights. Workers spent all their time resetting all the auto pre-set buttons on my radio, all six buttons were set to the same country station, and my seat memory buttons had been changed! We were with Acanac internet provider since October 2007. At the very beginning we experienced very poor service and wanted to cancel. I have contacted Sylmark/Prosvent customer service via email ([email protected]) on multiple occasions to notify them of over billing, and to request a discontinuation of their product shipments. I have received a delivery confirmation email each time from their email servers, but no one has followed up. Poor Pups - I never had a puppy and knew nothing about how to pick a healthy one. They all seemed so calm, probably because they weren't well. The staff was really nice and they are all young kids, they had to look up in a book the breed I wanted and read from it. My mother was transported from a rehab facility on 2/28/07 by American Medical Response to a hospital where she died. My father never received a bill from this company. Today we received a collection agency letter (Bay Area Credit Service). In talking with AMR a bill was sent to the facility and returned. I tried to get info from her insurance comp to see if it was paid or submitted and they could not give me any info because I am not authorized and did not have her card number (we really don't have any info cause it has been so long) I don't know where to turn.
