Jitterbug customer service apparently just ignores my e-mails. I sometimes never even get a email response back from them. Even when I do, they don't follow through with the things to which they've agreed to do in the phone book. I've tried numerous times to get them to make changes and/or corrections to my phone book. Back in January of 2009 I ordered the Regcure PC Optimizer and Privacy controls for about $40.00. The program didn't work and I honestly beleive that they compromised my credit card info because at around the time of this purchase, I started to receive Adult website charges in excess of about $300.00 from January to March. A Balance Transfer was requested from Debenhams credit card to Halifax Credit card on 21st of April 2009. After a month when I saw the credit card statements, the balance transfer was showing on the Debenhams statement but it never reached Halifax Card. Company is a Scam! They lure you in at lower price but don't send goods unless you overpay for accessories. Store sells items at lower prices and then forces you to buy accessories that are 10 to 20x their normal cost. I went to purchase a Nikon D90 for about $200 lower than other sites. I hired TRS over 3 years ago and they have yet to have my case resolved. I paid $5, 000 to have an Offer in Compromise submitted (that's already .25 cents on the dollar). They accepted payments over a 10 month period, but did no work at all until the entire amount was paid. My case has now been in appeals process with IRS since October of 2008. I have two cell phone contracts with Flexicell who were extremely quick to offer me the reduced airtime contract but sad to say are not that quick to attend to after sales customer service. My only contact with son is via this cell phone contract and as from last week Thursday to date (6 days) this contract is still not in operation. Total dissatisfaction with their service, each time I phone, I obtain another operator who dishes out even further sales nonsense. I drove with my dad's Honda Civic from Middelburg to Johannesburg on Sunday 6 September 09 and had to stop at the Total Filling station as I was running low on fuel. My dad asked that I put 95 Unleaded petrol in the car but after checking I found that the garage had no 95 Unleaded petrol so I had to fill up with 93 Unleaded petrol. We visit Aventura regularly.The Hydro is not well maintained eg. The mats on the floors are old and dirty, the water quality is so bad at times that you scared to bathe.This long weekend the outdoor pools were so filthy my kids simply had to get out of the water.There are two water fountains in the Hydro, most of the time not dispensing cold water.If you complain they tell that they will sort it out but it never happens. The company practice is to give the customer the run around and to keep charging upgrades to the Xpress cooker client base. Fisrt I was going to be charged extra on the automated line that was advertised on TV and later the next day when I called during business hours I had to speak to a supervisor to get them to discount the price back to what was offered on TV. It didn't end there, month later they sent me extras to the Xpress cooker after they pre-charged my card. took many calls and a lot of wait time to stop this crazyness.
