On March 31 2009 I ordered and paid $458 for a Dyson25 vaccum and I was told delivery would be in 10-14 days; after the 14 day time frame I called on many occasions and received several different stories the last stated that for some reason my vaccum had not been sent and would be sent that day (4/20/2009) and I would receive it by Friday.,
After much whining and cajoling on my part I was given a UPS tracking number that was invalid when I tried to track my delivery.
Needless to say it is 4/27 and my vaccum has still not arrived; so I tried to call them again and guess what; none of the phone number work. I think I have been ripped off. read full review »

Rcvd two damages plastic cases containing 20 DVD's each from China. Both cases were damaged. I reviewed the first 10 DVD's of the series and found them to be either blank or faulty. I emailed the company the day after receipt and again two days later but have not received any response. I have contacted my credit card company to withdraw the payment. read full review »

Back in November I came across a web site touting "Free Credit Reports"; inasmuch as MD has a 'one free credit report per year' law, I clicked on and ordered my "free" report. Well, I not only received my report with an excellent score, but my credit card statement also showed the first of monthly charges of $12.00. Hey, I did not sign up for an annual and ongoing contract. Those thieves got my credit card and scammed me into a monthly fee. I had called to set up an appointment after my mother-in-law said a girl where she works had her hair done at Headlines. She had gotten a brazilian blowout so I was calling to inquire about that and make an appointment for a cut and possibly a color. I called 2 or 3 times on Monday and left messages hoping to catch someone at work, as they are open by appointment only on Mondays (according to their website). The house went into foreclosure after house was on the market over a year. Finally got a contract on the house to sell at full loan price, not a short sale. Sale was closed on October 20, 2009 and title company sent check to Bank of America. Bank of America cashed the check on 10/23/2009. The title company has a copy of cashed check, stamped by BOA. As of today December 29, 2009, Bank of America still shows my home loans as outstanding, not paid. people beware of this guys its scam
It’s hard to separate fact from fiction in advertising, and certainly no less so when dealing with web hosting inaflashhosting.com. The owner's claims are endlessly repeated in a shameless effort to keep you from reading the fine print. He also traps you by giving you a deal for a year and then abruptly suspending your page in less than a month. I bought a top of the line Sears Kenmore Oasis washer and dryer 7-31-06 and paid cash $#1684.64. We have had nothing but trouble!
First, on December 17, 2007, the washer was splashing water over the basket because it needed a sub-tub ring. Sears Repair in Memphis sent out two repair men. They said, "Yep, you need a tub ring. I will order it." After a week or so, another repair man came to install it and the wrong part had been ordered. He ordered the right part and we had another wait. Straight Talk internet and picture msging not working?
I have an LG290CM straight talk phone with the unlimited plan and have been with them for over a year now and I haven't had any issues until now except occasionally unable to access the internet but that rarely ever happened until now.

i have told these people that i cancelled the subscription but they keep phoning and asking for money. i even told them i would pay 50.00 a month but was told that that was not good enought and to have a nice day. they phone everyday four times a day & put no information in their computer so any one else knows what is going on. the operators are rude, obnoxious & do not care about any one but them selves.

The free trail website and advertisement came up with the roadrunner email and browser. When you call the customer service number it rings then answers says one moment please and then disconnects. Your card is charged when the shiment is mailed before the trial period has begun. My bottle arrived the day the card was charged and there was no free trial as promised. read full review »

This company is extremely deceitful to both employee & consumer. Not only do I want every possible potential employee to know they will run you ragged and find ways to decrease the commission on your your paycheck (BY SAYING "OH WE NEEDED MORE MATERIALS) but any potential consumer needs to slam their front door when you see them coming!! Funny, this company had all bases covered in their terms and conditions, but did not have any record of the phone call they made to me regarding the shipment. I emphatically told Eden to cancel order if it meant joining clubs, auto shipments, etc. I was shipped products and charged exorbitant prices on credit card. I have received several call regarding a cash withdrawal and I didn't pay back. First of all they told me it was in Feb or March that I took the loan. But when I has them for paperwork on said loan, they said they would email it to me and know they say they will call me back with the information is that so I can payback the loan. I ordered 3 coach purses on Dec. 3rd for Christmas presents I was informed that they received the order and my credit card had been charged. I was also informed that they were in stock and they would be shipped with in 24 hours and I would receive them within 3-5 working days. It is now Jan. 4th and I have received nothing they NEVER charged my card and it screwed my Christmas up as they were presents for my daughters. I like the product but these commercials are terrible. You can almost feel the awkward pauses on the set as the actors try to deliver these terrible lines. For a product this dynamic that actually works cant you make some commercials that are compelling? and you tagline?

We moved to Michigan from Illinois in July because of my husband's new employment.
