We received an SMS today advising we were being handed over for failure to make payment on our City of Johannesburg Account. When I called the call centre to query this, as our account is very much up to date, I was to discover that the bill was actually for a property we sold back in 2006 and the sms should have been sent to the new owner. Just one more person who has been duped by this company. We installed this service a week ago. It cost us over $500.00 for equipment, a pole and installation.
