Somehow I got on their e-mail list. I continuously get junk e-mail from some outfit that sends out junk mail for them. This outfit seems to have a mechanism to change the sending address so it cannot be blocked by normal Outlook spam checkers. The e-mail supposedly gives instructions as to how to unsubscribe. This is a company who installs walls of acrylic over old bathroom tiles. Their brochure states that they jut need one day. On May 14th they installed the walls in my apartment. Within two weeks one wall bowed into the room. I was told that the man did not allow for expansion due to the heat. This was on May 30th. I was told that they could not return till July 3rd. I would like to point out a case of harassment by yet an another service provider... A site called Cleartrip.com offers to book tickets for various airlines on internet for which they charge through credit cards. While making one such booking, there was an error at site clearly stating that the ticket was not booked and hence I re-booked the same. If you ever have the chance to avoid doing business with GMAC mortgage, please follow the warnings of others on this site. I had a 30 yr fixed rate mortgage from a local mortgage lender, then the loan was sold within 60 days (a common practice). GMAC acquired my loan. I read an article from a local teacher who raved about this product, therefore, I decided to order a trial offer for which I only had to pay the shipping charges. As of today, I have had two more charges on my credit card. One was in the amount of $19.++ and the other (I only found out about it) in the amount of $95.++. I have made several attempts to contact Clear Wire to cnacell service and even after returning my modems I still have been unable to cancell. I rented from this company and it was a living nightmare. They care nothing about you. All they care about is keeping a unit occupied. This company does not deliver goods. It blames postal losses to begin with then promises to re-send. When goods do not arrive refunds are promised, then promised within 30 days (according to their terms of business).
