This place is rediculous. They took my money and then canceled class immediately. When I asked for a refund they said they had a no-refund policy, but also would not tell me when class would start. Only then did I google this company and have found numerous complaints about the owner and teacher. There have been lawsuits and police and sherifs involved with this school, and now it is up for sale. The company was contracted to move my furniture and appliances from one location to another. The movers damaged my walls (which i repaired at my own cost), washing machine, fridge, dinigroom table, queen base and various other items. They also stole a bottle of whiskey while in transit. Yesterday, my mother had a Aeromexico 4:40 PM flight from Guadalajara to L.A. I'm sure since the flight less than capacity given that this isn't the busiest time of year, Aeromexico cancelled the flight and put her and everyone else that had that flight onto their next one, which was 5 hours later. My loan modification was denied and after speaking with 11 reps who gave me the run around and transferred me all over the place I finally spoke to someone who gave me an answer. Chase denied my request, not because I can't prove hardship because I can, but because I can refinance- According to him if you don't owe a whole lot (less than 100, 000 in my case) and you can refinance - they want you to refinance because it benefits chase for u to refinance. The ordering procedure was extremely misleading and gives you no opportunity to make changes to your order or to review the order before finalizing the purchase. I purchased an almost $3, 000 leather reclining sofa and chair & 1/2 from La Z Boy exactly a year ago. After 6 months there was noticeable wear and chaffing of the leather on the seat cushions.
