My niece & her husband were never notified that their mortgage payment had increased ($300 per month) until they received a letter of foreclosure. When my niece called Flagstar to question the letter, Flagstar told her that her mortgage payment had increased 3 prior and all of their payments from those last 3 mos was sitting in escrow. Was refused service requested resulted in additional charges that was not necessary. On Aug 18th at 11:45 arrived at Tires Pluse requested for tire to be patched we agreed to the excessive charge of $25.00. The mortgage company at the first of the year or in February changed their service fees. From the day of purchase of my Nissan 2004 Quest, the Tire Pressure Monitor guage has not been working right. One of those monitors I had replaced and paid for to the Dealer's Service Department, with no success.
