Tonight was the second time this week that I had to contact the customer service department of the Long Island cable company, Cablevision. Recently, I had a Directv technician show up at my home unannounced. He indicated to me that they had they had received a call from me regarding my DVR. I told him I had never called. He then asked if he could take a look at the DVR anyway. Naturally, as he was a Dircectv employee, I allowed him to do that. Signed up June first for trail service canceled the service June 10th and was billed July 2nd and then again July 27th for services I had canceled. Warning...www.peoplelookup service SUCKS!! I wanted to get a telephone number...paid the fee and it only provided the address. When I called to complain and request a reimbursement I was told that the comment section stating "includes address" meant that it was an extra feature. They say it means it only includes address. I just like the others thought I would be getting this card to repair my already damaged credit. To my surprise as well I thought I was receiving a $300 credit limit as well. When in fact I actually had $53 dollars available on the card once in my possession. You know my credit was already in jeporady they just help it over the edge with those fee's they incurred $300 + $53 +$35 + $30= $418 now owed to this company. My wife made the mistake of taking her car to Pep Boys at 215 E. Katella in Orange, California to have her brakes checked. She received no call from them regarding the repair costs so when she went to get the car at the end of the day it had new brakes front and rear and two new Futura GLS 185-65R14 tires. Boost moble is a real bad phone company to do any business with. I purchased a phone and the SIM card was bad when I called customer service they told me that they would FED ex me a new card but I have yet to get it. They also told me that I would get a $25 credit to my account WRONG I then called them back to ask about the SIM card and they said they kne nothing about it. This company is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The day they were suppose to pick up our belongings they showed up 6 hours late. When we called, they put us on hold 15-20 minutes and were extremely rude. They basically let us know we were 'lucky' they were coming at all. They were rude and used vulgar language. This place is rediculous. They took my money and then canceled class immediately. When I asked for a refund they said they had a no-refund policy, but also would not tell me when class would start. Only then did I google this company and have found numerous complaints about the owner and teacher. There have been lawsuits and police and sherifs involved with this school, and now it is up for sale. Yesterday, my mother had a Aeromexico 4:40 PM flight from Guadalajara to L.A. I'm sure since the flight less than capacity given that this isn't the busiest time of year, Aeromexico cancelled the flight and put her and everyone else that had that flight onto their next one, which was 5 hours later. On November 12th, 2006, an offer was submitted to Joanne Mamrosch for the property listed above in the amount of $225,000.
