I have contacted Visa & had charges removed multiple times but they say they can't cancel charges from company. We will now have to cancel Visas & have new ones sent. It's amazing that this company of frauds can't be stopped! The summer of 2009 I had a windshield replaced on my vehicle by Omega auto glass. The representative I worked with was great too bad the work that was done on my windshield has completely horrible. They installed a windshield that had a chip on the top corner when I mentioned to the installer they just added a chemical to make sure it wouldn't run. The installer was very rude and left. In the past, I have done business with other banks, but I have never experienced anything like what this bank is doing. I know that if you overdraw your account, there is a $35. fee. This bank charges the fee every five days until you make a deposit. I've spoken to these cold hearted cut throats and have gotten nowhere with them. We bought several pieces of furniture from Rochester in Centurion. Some of the items had to be replaced three times before they were of (almost) reasonable quality. Although I value Johan at the Centurion branch's cooperation, he does not see the furniture before it gets delivered, so he cannot vouch for its quality. I keep on getting 3 or 4 calls a week, even when i pick up the line it`s an automated phone call asking me to call back. When I try to call it normally takes 20 to 30 minutes to get someone on the line. I have spoken to the same person on 3 different occasions and aksed him to send me a bill in the mail explaining what and and who i owe money to. I lost my wheel lock so instead of going thru the hassle of ordering one i figured it was easier taking my car to this kwik kar and for them to remove it. I ordered a vase from this company back in October of 2009 for around $200. The vase was basically a piece of garbage. There were blobs of paint smudged all over it. I would've gotten a much better quality item from walmart for $20. The company has a ridiculously strict return policy.
